My running days are going really well and Vienna by my side who really enjoys  chasing anything that moves - especially me.  The weather is perfect here with blue skies and sun.  We run in the morning and she gets anxious for longer runs but I have to slow her down.  The flyball lets her really go full speed all out. She constantly amazes me with her intelligence and eagerness to learn.  An exercised dog is a happy dog.  The Purple Band:

The progress on my unassisted pullups is coming along.  I try pullups without any assistance but I only budge an inch and sorta get lopsided when I struggle to pull hard.  Eventually I tried it with the purple band which is the last of the thinner band, using that band I got within 3 inches of the bar on my pullup.  I felt good and I see progress and most importantly I keep focused with the goal because it transfers to other aspects of Crossfit.
