Being totally honest, I actually feel like (this time anyway) c!Phil gave good advice lol.
Trying to force someone into giving you their forgiveness isn't healthy, not for them or for you, and especially since we've already seen how c!Wilbur has fallen back into bad habits because of this destructive need for forgiveness from people he can't believe are honestly giving it to him.
Giving him a different goal, a goal of apologizing and bringing peace to the people he hurt and resolving it that way, feels more important then them saying "I forgive you." Its more meaningful and probably more honest, and I imagine it'll do c!Wilbur some good.
Healing and improving isn't about people forgiving you, it's about being a better person, and this would help c!Wilbur do that.
Just my personal thoughts though.

what I added to the the old version (which got a bit revamped too with video scripts and semi-transparent controls, but doesn't have these):
-lightbox (click on one photo and it shows you the image on hover instead of moving to the ugly blue tumblr page), pixel union photosets (you pick the margins) between images changing āgutterā) all by shythemes + the little fix to their script by chloethemes.Ā Ā
-npf fix by glenthemes (now present in the original version too)
-unnested captions by annasthms,Ā which you can toggle on and off depending on what you prefer, one for textposts and one for all others (in case you use xkit to edit textposts and you donāt like the final result).

-asks you reblog from other people have now their own style instead of just looking like a question and a blockquoted comment under it.Ā

do NOT look at it through your preview in the editor page, it messes plenty things up and you canāt even see the npf photosets. Keep a tab with your blog open to see the real changes there.

-ability to add a message on top of your regular askbox, where people are redirected when they send you asks from the dash
-your usual dropdown box, what I call 'updates tabā in the sidebar (you can add more if you go in the html and simply copy-paste whatās in the body section as needed)
-popup links for you to customize in the html, and, to give you what I call a ātemplateā so you know where to start, I made it so that in one link (or box2) you will already find tabs, divided in rules, bio, verses and navi. In the bio tab you also will find slide-down boxes again, adjusted to fit there. In the navi tab youāll get navi buttons, and in the verses tag a potential template of image-name of the verse with link to it-description. Then a separated popup with an askbox and a submission box, both with a frame with gradients like the container.
You can take the html and move things around, remove or add more as you please.
-optional glow around your container, description and updates tab you can switch on and off.
-your popups are styled so that you can remove the background color of the popup_block and add an image (on the corner/make a frame) with transparent background (500x640px right now), the content of the popup will have its own background behind, of a color youāll pick, of 460x520px. But you can obviously modify sizes as you please
-optional ānot allowing people to right click on your blogā which if you donāt want is very easy to delete (just go in the editor and delete the script, the label is on top)

We've seen that Alivebur had the tendency to ignore his own health and happiness for others (look at the whole L'Manburg situation) so I feel like, instead of maybe going to seek help and get better Wilbur may be really pissy about being revived; then proceed to become Tommy's defender despite his health and poor mental health.
Wilbur cares about Tommy far too much, and I donāt doubt he may easily fall into old habits if he isnāt actually persuaded or convinced into letting himself heal. Death changed him, mind, but Wilbur is still... well, very hidden about his true self. Do you think heād even admit that his death was a suicide?
There are a lot of forces at play, too, that limit chances for healing. The egg, the Syndicate, the nukes, the fact that Dream will probably be the one to bring him back, the danger of Schlattās return, et cetera...
So, yeah, my want for a successful self-driven healing arc is wishful thinking. God, Iād pay him real money if he checked himself into Puffyās therapy business, you know? The DSMP could use a therapy arc.
I canāt actually predict how things will go, really, so the nuances of what will happen are sort of hidden to me. I would like him to have a conversation with Phil, at least, and Iād like him to have a proper conversation with Tommy. I think both of their characters need it.
I still stand by my point that I donāt want him to become Tommyās defender again. Not yet. Tommy is steady on his own healing arc, and he needs to work things out with Wilbur first.
