Redeemed!Lilith AU
Ok so I just had this funny idea: what if in season 3 Lilith is interested in her daughter's redemption hotel and wants to try it out herself to see if she could get to heaven?
Charlie and Lucifer going absolutely nuts over it because why would she do that and why does she wants to go to Heaven????
And Lilith just wants to test it for reasons (lady has been on vacay there for the last 7 years and would want more vacay time cause after 10 000 years of being with her family treating her kind the sinners like the garbage of creation she wants out thank you very much and yeah I'm talking about Lucifer and Charlie they do not think highly of sinners much, just seeing how Lu talks to Vox or Al or any of Charlie's friends and Charlie outright calling them all every insult under the sun in the pilot and of course treating their issues as if they were 5 years old and needing hugs and rainbows to get better like please that girl treats her hotel like a kindergarden more than the rehab facility that it actually should be in practice and of course everyone is gonna be insulted too and of course Lucifer and Charlie don't think that of Lilith at all but Lilith is a sinner too so even if she's the Exception to the rest of the Sinners there's only so much she can take before she starts to believe that what Lucifer and Charlie thinks of the Sinners applies to her as well in the long run I swear which is probably what motivated her to make a deal with Adam though that's my headcanon about it don't take it for canon please).
So season 3's conflict could be about Lilith wanting redemption for herself and Lucifer and Charlie not being sure how to feel about it, especially since Lucifer is still traumatized by Heaven, and Charlie feels like if she helped her mom ascending she would tear her parents' marriage apart and would become a child of divorce.
Even more insane would be if Lilith succeeds in redeeming herself.
Picture this: Angel!Lilith. Or Winner!Lilith. Or Redeemed!Lilith. Your choice.
Are you thinking how insane that would be, the Queen of Hell, wanting to redeem herself and become an angel.
Given she made a deal with Adam to go live there it could be happen.
Like Lute wanted to use her to shut down Charlie's project. But it wouldn't work if she gets redeemed and becomes a winner permanently like Sir Pentious. She wouldn't be able to go back to Hell and therefore couldn't carry out Lute's orders. Like she could say she tried and accidently redeemed herself instead, oh well too bad guess I can't do anything to my daughter's hotel anymore sorry not sorry ta ta~. ;)
Can you imagine the drama?
I'm treating this as a whole AU and headcanon and not actual canon at all and calling it Redeemed!Lilith AU.
Though if this idea actually become canon in season 3 in some shape or form then I have ascended and become a god. Though I doubt it will happen. Still, a fun idea.
