Hey local folks this is in southern DE (Sussex County) near Georgetown, DE .... this cat has been missing for several weeks now. 😣 A neighbor trapped it and DUMPED THE CAT in the Redden State Forest area, and since the park doesn't allow a trap to be set the owner cannot catch his cat. So unfair!
