Sinbad is the PDA fan. Nothing heavy, but he likes to show off his pretty boyfriend and he likes to show off the fact that he’s the one dating him even more. Ja’far is the one that’s more relaxed in private, and he definitely clings while denying that he’s doing it, and uses Sin as a pillow. He likes to stroke his hair while they lounge on around, and he loves it when Sin folds around him and holds him from behind. 

♡: who is the bigger romantic openly? secretly?

Sinbad is the obvious romantic here. He doesn’t try to turn it down and he only reigns himself in if Ja’far is feeling uncomfortable with it that day. But otherwise he never tires of being a hopeless romantic. Ja’far on the other hand is the one more secretly romantic, doing little things here and there to show his affection. They’re nothing major, but they’re apparent and they mean so much to Sinbad, because it reaffirms that Ja’far feels the same way and is willing to show it.

Surprisingly Ja’far is. Sin is already the romantic the rest of the year, and it’s a good day for Ja’far to get away with doing something more extravagant without garnering too much attention because everyone else is too. At this point, Sin doesn’t plan anything for Valentine’s day anymore. He’ll ask Ja’far to be honest if he’s planning anything, and if he isn’t, then he’ll do something, but if Ja’far says he is then he just eagerly awaits the day.

Sinbad without a doubt. But there are days when Sin isn’t feeling too hot, or they argue, and it will be Ja’far that does it. Sin appreciates it and he relaxes, and if they argue then he just holds his hand while still giving him the silent treatment, but he doesn’t pull away or let go.

Sinbad without a shadow of a doubt. He’s so high key obvious about his intentions and he doesn’t even care if anyone sees. Because he’s not saying things like that for the crowd, it’s for Ja’far. If others just happen to be around then that’s just how it is. Ja’far rarely makes a fuss about it, his love more a steady quiet in contrast to Sin’s bold lines written across his face every time he looks at him. Of course, this doesn’t mean he wouldn’t do it either. It just depends on the situation.

It was mutual. They were a slow-burn fall instead of starting with infatuation. One day they looked at each other and it was just something made obvious - though everyone else had known since forever and a day.

Neither of them really overthink what to get each other. They know each other’s tastes and what they’d appreciate the most. The benefits of being an old married couple.

Sinbad again, though his contact is very obvious. Clinging, hugs, kiss, draping himself over Ja’far, etc. Ja’far isn’t to be underestimated though, and he does things more in more subtle ways, so it’s not as noticeable. Small brushes of fingers, standing close enough to touch, brushing Sin’s hair back, etc.

Sinbad. Ja’far saves his affection for when they’re together, though sometimes he’ll send something really romantic and it breaks Sinbad for a few hours.

Neither. They know they work together, otherwise they wouldn’t have lasted as long. And they’re both determined to make it work, and if there’s a problem, they say it. If something needs to be addressed, it is. There’s no two ways about it.

Both equally. They mean so much to each other. Sinbad is all smiles and glints of fangs when he’s feeling protective. Ja’far on the hand doesn’t hesitate to tear into someone or threaten them should he feel protective of Sin.

Ja’far gets sick more, but he’s up again in no time after proper rest. Sinbad uses himself as a furnace to burn off his fever. Sin on the other hand doesn’t get sick often, but when he does, he’s laid out for a week or more. Ja’far is definitely better at taking care of him, though he has a lot of practice the rest of the time as well. Sinbad also gets allergies in the spring and Ja’far helps him where he can there as well. When they both end up sick they just lay in bed and cuddle together, taking turns getting up to refill the water pitcher so they can stay hydrated. They call someone else to make them food when they’re both laid out.

Sinbad, because he has that freedom to say things, and the confidence to face the consequences. Ja’far thought that he shouldn’t be allowed to, and so he held his tongue, but he was definitely thinking it. He also said it silently in his actions and care toward Sin.
