I bought it, its not worth it... The customization is crazy awesome but everything else is pretty basic.
Not for $60 from what I have seen and read. My sister bought me Sims 3 in 2009 for $40 and even when inflation, the twenty bucks difference for the base game seems too steep. I have also seen Sims 4 go for 69.99- ouch. For everything that's missing I am not paying that much for it even with the fancy emotions and create-a-sim features. I still am greatly entertained with Sims 3 and their expansion packs so I'll continue playing that for a long time yet.
