Red Tiger is the son of the Tigress Queen and older twin of Jade Tigress.

When he grew of proper age, he was an ambitious fellow and dreamed of being a powerful demon lord over his own stretch of territory. To achieve such a dream, he set out to find a formidable ally to aid him on his journey.

Red Tiger garnered fear and cautious admiration of the local demons he passed by during his search. You see, his long, slim tail could become a whip of inextinguishable flames that could set villages ablaze in a matter of minutes and boil the rivers dry of a single drop of water. He would leave the townsfolk in the ashes and continue on.

The demons who greatly admired him sought to become his followers, but he turned them down.

"Wait for me and do not pledge your allegiance to any other demon lord," he would tell them. "When the sun goes dark, I shall go to the highest peak in the world. With my tail, I will light the dark sky so you may find me, should your loyalty last so long."

And onward he went.

One day, he saw a beacon of white light shine in the distance. Curious, he followed it to the dwelling of the Old Man of the South. There, guarding the entrance was a stag of enviable prowess and raw strength. His antlers were a sight to behold, his tines curling and intertwining in a fashion that made it seem as if the stars carved them out.

His antlers, Red Tiger realized, was the beacon that had led him here.
