Pimm's Plums
Simple and bright, these Pimm's Plums end a Summer lunch on a light and fruity note, and they're easy to bring on a picnic, too!
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 ripe Satsuma (red) Plums
1/2 small orange
2 tablespoons Pimm's No. 1
Rinse Satsuma Plums. Halve and pit them, and cut them into slices. Place plum slices into serving bowl.
Squeeze the juice of the orange.
Drizzle orange juice and Pimm's No. 1 over the plums. Toss well, to mix.
Place in the refrigerator, at least one hour.
Serve Pimm's Plums chilled.

Sweet Red Plums
Honestly, red plums are my favorite fruit, but pears are a close second. Really can't go wrong with those two beautiful ladies.
