do the same fight over and over. run out of resources, gather resources. do the same fight over and over. gather resources. do the same fight over and over. win fight after several hours of this.
have fun for 30 minutes discovering a new area. discover another boss/arena. try to go around. you cant.
do this fight over and over for the next 2-4 hours. god forbid i spend 4 hours on a fight to get some kind of like, monetary reward that i wont even get to keep cus ill die to something before i can use it.
returning to silksong after about half a year of rage quitting. im still confused and bad at it :( everytime i think my platforming skills will get me an item theres another arena at the end of it all. if it not a boss its another arena. im so sick of it. give me patience i cant do this.
I think there really is a nebulous concept in my head of like the game™️ (the perfect game, the most real game, my favorite game) it contains some kind of building activity and also a moderately large world/overworld. No clue what this is based off or what it would play like.

I know its naive but I think live service games are genuinely evil and I feel bad about playing them or recommending them to anyone.
I do play some because I like to play online multiplayer sometimes but it shocks me everytime that this exists and everyone just acts like it's normal??
They want me to pay real money for online items? Items that only exist inside of this game? The game I do not own and may disappear one day?
Not even getting into all the predatory practices around it like gambling mechanics, manufacturing fomo, item bundles, extra currencies and locking parts of the game behind these extra purchases.
I just don't think microtransactions are ever fair.
I need to teach one of my pokemon flash and I can't decide which one. Im of half a mind to go back to a box and pick a pokemon to teach Flash to just for this one cave. That's just gonna be a problem if there's another cave that needs flash later.
