i know everyone just assumes all the burner contestants are alive based off how they were seemingly pulled from being in the middle of doing something in the real world, and how we’ve seen peanuts farm and limeys room, but let me propose a theory. what if the neverending realm is a limbo and the point of the game is to determine what everyone’s role in the afterlife is. what if daddy long legs, roomy, recovery cube and the apple are all people who either got stuck or got denied access. the contestants either have been dead for a while, or they all got teleported within the exact moment they stopped being alive, making a sort of bond between them all by all dying at the same time. this doesnt necessarily have to be connected to this theory but something ive noticed about burner is that all the characters seem to either be desperate to live, or regretful that they haven’t lived. let me make a little chart
