EVA holds flat as short-term recovery cools
EVA (0.18 grade) in Chennai posted a flat weekly outcome, keeping the market readable for procurement teams that prefer stable benchmarks. The latest assessment was Rs 128/kg on 20 Feb 2026, unchanged from the prior week, with only small day-to-day adjustments around this reference.
The fortnight comparison shows EVA Rs 1/kg higher than Rs 127/kg, and the month view shows a Rs 3/kg rise from Rs 125/kg. This keeps Indian EVA prices marginally firmer on a short lens, even as longer anchors remain softer. Over three months, EVA is Rs 4/kg lower versus Rs 132/kg, while the six-month comparison is Rs 1/kg lower than Rs 129/kg. Across the last 90 days, the recent high is around Rs 132/kg and the recent low is near Rs 123/kg, placing the latest point nearer the lower side of the recent window while weekly movement stayed calm.
Year on year, EVA is Rs 6/kg lower than Rs 134/kg, giving a subdued longer comparison alongside the short-term improvement seen over the past month.
