Another question I have is how do you draw hair? Because mine looks scratchy and unrealistic. My second question is just how to draw symmetrical and that’s it please and thank you

this video is one that helped me a lot, and this and this and trust me you can find many more!
as for symmetry I recommend practising structure, as in using shapes and lines to map out the face and body of your character before moving forward with the details, just type "how to construct a face/character drawing" on youtube and you get a ton of very helpful videos, what they all have in common is that they show you how each artist breaks down a character into simples shapes in order to understand what goes both in and around those shapes, making guide lines for yourself helps keep things consistent and will lay the ground work for future drawings as you learn how to map out a character.

A person can donate twice a week with forty-eight hours between donations. I know from experience that CSL Plasma offers $95 for your first donation, $45 after that and $50 per referral. BioLife and Octapharma offer more compensation. Once you decide on a donation center, you can only donate to that one. For example, you cannot donate to both CSL and BioLife.
