REBEPALOOZA 2011--"The Shuffle"

As many of you loyal readers may know, the shuffle was brought to our attention by our heroes, LMFAO.  Beautifully demonstrated in their "Party Rock Anthem" video (posted below), this dance move truly is the one-of-a-kind type of bo$$omeness that us PHd's of $altiness like to promote. In fact, at the 1st annual Salt Conference, it was unanimously decided that to authentically leave "salt tracks", one must actually shuffle. Shuffle through the club, casino, classroom, office, street, doctor's office, ANYWHERE that you, our students of saltiness, think salt tracks should be left.

REBEPALOOZA proved to be a $altacular weekend to implement the rules for properly leaving salt tracks, as shown in the images above.

REBEPALOOZA 2011--"THE EGYPTIAN WALK"

Now friends, there comes a time in a relationship when you learn a little bit more about each other. This is that time.

Because now, at this very moment, we are ready to introduce you all to the Egyptian walk. First created by L.B. on the steps of a San Diego apartment complex while trying to get to the 2nd floor after a particularly salty evening, this phenomenon is now sweeping the dance floors not only nationwide, but in$ternationally as well. We tested out the waters throughout REBEPALOOZA and well, the results were $altacular.

Just what is this Egyptian walk you may ask? EH? EH? Instructions below and above.

STEP 1: Think saltastic, get saltastic, and stay saltastic

STEP 2--THE STANCE: Put one hand forward, one hand back (shown above)

STEP 3--THE WALK: (In stance above) Moving your hands in the direction your fingers are pointed, take the opposite foot and get in a lunge position. Repeat this twice, in unison with the beat of the song (or whatever salty beats are in your head)

STEP 4: Turn around and repeat steps 1, 2, and 3

STEP 5: (Only to be inserted when extremely saltpropriate) Place hands together in pray pose, at head level. To the beat of the song, move hands left and right while simultaneously moving them down AND moving head in opposing left and right movements (all while keeping hands together).

A NOTE TO OUR LOYAL READERS:

As you are already aware, this weekend we will be celebrating the most bo$$ta$tic, $wagta$tic, in$ternational holiday that is REBEPALOOZA.
