I’d like to once again thank everyone who sent me their elves to use for practice! I was expecting maybe ten tops, and I planned on just using them more than once, lmao.
The thing about drawing practice, is it’s really just repetition. Lots of repetition. So I’m doing a lot. And the thing about expressions is... I don’t really understand them that well. I took special ed classes in high school (”Social Thinking,”) and one of the things I was taught is how to read basic expressions. However I am still pretty shitty at it, and beyond the simple stuff I really suck. And that reflects in my drawing. I really, really struggle with drawing expressions. But hey, fake it ‘til you make it!
IDK when I’ll post the first sheet full; sometime by or before this weekend. :) I might be done for today, though. My wrist is sore, haha.
