Is it even possible to have both diarrhea and constipation at the same time?

I'm hurting so so badly, and all anyone ever does is speak over me, ignore me and make me feel shit about my interests and appearance. How can I ever be okay with myself and recover if everything around me is constantly pulling me down. I feel like all I do is scream into a void and no one will ever realise until I'm dead, probably will be sooner than expected
