I have a bad habit of doing this. For example if all I want is someone to talk to me but they'd rather talk to someone else etc. naturally I'm upset & I'll make it known, but then I just end up apologizing for saying anything at all & end up feeling more lonely than I did. Being needy is definitely one of my downfalls, I don't mean to be that way, I wish I wasn't at all & had the hip " I give zero fucks" attitude. Sadly though I usually give many fucks lol. I guess it's only human nature though to want to be wanted & feel all the butterfly type feelings inside. Everyone always says be your own best friend, but that's not always easy and it's lonely especially when you're mentally going through a rough time.
