My request is Royd and a bit more mom/dad friend personality reader (can be gender neutral) who has healing powers! Not so good at combat tho, and uses touch to heal usually. It could be just general headcanons pre-or in already in relationship, or maybe reader healing/comforting Royd after the mechaman suit failed.

Generally
Royd loves a caring personality! But he may tease you a bit for worrying too much. “Aye Bruddah, chill out! I ain’t gonna fall apart, you’re a silly buggah.”
He really is fond of it though! He notices how attentive you are while healing the teams that trickle in and out of the medbay near his lab. He thinks you’re a sweetheart.
Pre-Relationship (he’s crushing on you)
He’s not good with the whole… word things. Sure he can talk easy, but all the flowery language of love? It makes him nervous.
That doesn’t mean he won’t try other methods though. He’s an act of service kind of man at heart, so he leans into that. You need some spare bandages? He’s got a whole roll. Hungry? He saved whichever snack you like in his lab’s mini fridge.
He loves you to the point of invention (as corny as that may seem to some). He will spend days making new trinkets and Knick knacks to help you with your work.
He’d probably make a trinket to confess. A little techy music box that pops out a ‘I love you!’ Message at the end. He’ll leave it there without you around, but it’s OBVIOUS that he was the one who made it.
In a relationship
This man is a big puppy mixed with a horse. Meaning he’s loyal and clingy and will carry you around like he’s a royal steed if you’re tired.
He’ll absolutely get a couch in his lab for you to crash in after a long shift (a medic’s job is never really done)
Speaking of after-shift care, this man gives AMAZING MASSAGES. He loves doing it, too, acts of service and all that. And lord knows you’re tense after all the medical scares from your coworkers.
He will makes you gifts ALL THE TIME. You complain about something and Royd will be trying to fix it if possible.
