We decided to escape the smoke in Redding and head to Burney Falls for the early part of the day. It was Titus’ first time there and he hiked the whole 1.2 mile Falls Loop! What a champ! He only tried to run towards the edge once 😳 and gave me a minor heart attack. I was constantly herding him like a cat. 🤣 Honestly, he did amazing at staying safely on the trail, navigating steps, uphill and downhill. He got hot cocoa, a little digger truck which he played with so happily in the dirt right away 😍, and an ice cream to finish off the trip. I’d say he made out pretty well! Now he’s conked our in the back seat for a peaceful drive home!
