Ugyan Mg pĂłtlĂĄst szedek az izomgörcsök miatt, de amiĂłta meleg van, megint feszesebbek fĂĄjdalmasabbak az izmaim. Ez mondjuk lehet a kevesebb futĂĄs miatt is... FutĂĄs közben meg Ă©n is izzadok, nem ĂĄrt egy kis visszapĂłtlĂĄs a rövidke angol nyĂĄr alatt sem. đ

Though I used to take Magnesium supplement, because of the frequent muscle spasms, but I am more painful in this hot weather and usueful to refill some minerals because of the increased sweat during exercise.
