Well, this was a way more dramatic change than I was expecting. Since I'm a bit bored at the moment, I decided to create some Re-Shade mod settings for Far Cry 2. (Also, the friggin clouds crack me up because it looks like it’s straight out of Mario. Ohhhh looky high resolution landscape and graphics but oop, our budget ran out so we can’t put in a proper sky).
I went for more realism in my settings for this game but with some added color using vibrance. I added HDR lighting which removed the overbloom from the base game and I have luma sharpening enabled to increase texture detail. The HDR lighting also made the lighting darker but I like it, it definitely looks better than the original lol.
Once I've ironed out the settings a little I'll upload them to my mediafire account for other people to use (I have a bunch of others saved on there too).
Hello once again everybody, here’s our latest comparison photo set! In this set I’m messing with the Re-Shade mod in Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition!
For this game I decided to go with a slightly more realistic appearance by improving shadowing and lighting. I have Curves, SMAA, Clarity, Vibrance, Gaussian Blurring and Levels.
This one was actually a pretty simple one to create, much like with Neon Chrome, and I didn’t have to do too much editing to make it look good.
I’m going to be recording a video of the game showcasing the settings in action shortly and I’ll let you know when the video is ready. I’ll also be including a link to my settings in the video description as well.
