Well... episode 12 wasn’t... as horrendous as I feared.
I must applaud the writers, they got around the language barrier nicely (by not addressing it at all but hey beggars can’t be choosers) and a few of the redubs weren’t too bad. I’m still a little confused why they did go through the trouble of redubbing the Australians since they were originally voiced by Australians in the Japanese but I digress.
Actually the biggest improvement I liked in the re-dub is Lori. She sounded a lot more natural. The others however... particularly Russel and the hotel clerk... yeah I preferred the original. Especially the original hotel clerk. She was perfect! I wish they kept her.
So all in all... not bad.
Although Haru calling Rin sweetheart was an awesome plus. XD

Audi Commercial Re-Dub I did for an assignment in school. Never done anything swing jazzy before so hey!
