ok so the first time i beat the knight was mantleless, it took a while (like 9 hours, i believe?) but i got it. i then tried to go get the shadow mantle on my second playthrough, and, like..

ERAM is way more of a frustrating boss than the Knight imo :,) i think for my next playthrough im just winging it :sob: its too much of a hassle to go through the creepy stuff in the s-rank room AND beat ERAM for that shadow crystal

She thinks about what Gel had said all that night. A crush, she is an adult. She doesn't have crushes. Besides, after him, she has sworn off man.

They dated all through uni. He was her first serious boyfriend. Uncle Lamb and her had moved around too much for her to have had another. He seemed the perfect man. A few years older, mature, steady. Exactly what she needed.

They got serious enough that she believed there would be a marriage after graduation. Until…

“What did you expect?” She can still hear the coolness in his crisp English accent, “you weren't willing to give me what I wanted. She was. A man has needs, Claire.”

As simple as that and her four year relationship was over. She had been clear that she wouldn't sleep with him outside of marriage. It wasn't a surprise. Shouldn't have been.

Walking in on him, in that way, a fellow co-ed on top of him, wasn't an image she would ever get out of her head.

She decided to focus on her career. Her Uncle Lamb had helped her get this place and she made it a point to pay him back within five years. A goal she had thankfully met just a few months ago.

Her life is steady now and she hardly thinks about her ex anymore. Now, to be thinking about her new neighbor in this way…it makes her uncomfortable.
