BOSS RE-20 Space Echo
You don't see double - it's just BOSS RE-20 Space Echo twins - wet dream of every Dream Pop amateur ;) BOSS RE-20 is the reincarnation of the legendary RE-201 - tape echo produced in 1974-1990 by Roland, mother company of BOSS brand. RE-20 is an extremely successful construction, which, in relatively small size contains the essence of the sound of its older brother. The digital sound modeling (COSM) on which the RE-20 is based eliminates the technological limitations and issues of the classic Space Echo (including the need to change the tape, large dimensions, high weight). In addition, improvements have been added such as tap tempo or control by expression pedal. Despite my total perversion of everything that is analog I dare say that I love the DD-20 Giga Delay for capabilities, AD9 Analog Delay for amazing sound, and the RE-20 Space Echo for... everything ;)
Nie widzicie podwójnie - to tylko bliźniacze BOSS RE-20 Space Echo - mokry sen każdego amatora Dream Popu ;) BOSS RE-20 to reinkarnacja legendarnego RE-201 - taśmowego echa produkowanego w latach 1974-1990 przez Rolanda, firmę-matkę marki BOSS. RE-20 to niezwykle udana konstrukcja, która w stosunkowo małych wymiarach zawiera esencję brzmienia z jakiego słynie jego starszy brat RE-201. Cyfrowy modeling (COSM) na którym opiera się RE-20 wyeliminował technologiczne ograniczenia oraz przypadłości z jakimi boryka się klasyczne Space Echo (m.in. konieczność wymiany taśmy, duże gabaryty, ciężar). Ponadto dodane zostały takie usprawnienia jak tap tempo czy sterowanie przez pedał ekspresji. Mimo mojego totalnego zboczenia na punkcie wszystkiego co analogowe śmiem twierdzić, że DD-20 Giga Delay kocham za możliwości, AD9 Analog Delay za brzmienie, a RE-20 Space Echo za... wszystko ;)
