Sugilite Rough If you've met me in person, you may have noticed a large, dark purple ring I wear. It is Sugilite. I wear it for many reasons, but the main one is, it allows me to be my empathic self without taking on other people's energy. I cannot stress enough how important protecting energy is. We go out and meet people and listen and help them and then come home feeling absolutely drained even if the work wasn't physical. Yeah, that is your energy being tapped by others. And usually it isn't even malicious! It is just how nature works. NATURE ABHORS A VACUUM. The same works for our energies. There are a lot of stones that will act as a shield. But they can also cut off abilities, like empathy. That is why I wear Sugilite. I want to radiate love and help anyone I can. I just don't want to be drained by the end of a conversation. I can't wait to cut these and turn them into talismans for y'all!
