Special shout out to my girl @kirsty.flo on placing 1st in the womens junior 57kg weight class this past weekend at @usapowerlifting #rawnationals2017 . She went 8/9 on her lifts which was good for a 436 wilks and more importantly hitting PRs on all her lifts. I'm so proud of you baby! I know the amount of work you put in to reach this level of success. You inspire me every day! I couldnt ask for a better training partner! I Love you girl 😘😘! First, yes, those are knee sleeves 😂 Last Wednesday, I completed with the strongest people in my class I've ever met and I'm always glad to be able to meet them all and share this experience. I placed 8th for junior 74kg and 11th in open. I also went 8/9 which is definitely a plus! I have a lot of work to do because it felt I left a lot on the platform. So we're definitely coming back harder and stronger. I'd like the thank @jamestownaend @gatabarbell for coaching and handling leading up to the meet and @buildingox for some pointers on attempts. When you deadlift so go your coach changes religions. I haven't deadlift beltless seriously in years. Seems like I've still got it. I didn't even feel hindered without it. I can definitely fell myself getting tremendously strong.
