Hearing that there's some good news of what the fcc has done illegal and being sued by a lot of states where Congress is now making a bill to stop them from trying to get rid of net neutrality has made my night. As always, enjoy another drawing of Papa III with no makeup on.

This possibly might be my last drawing I'll share with you guys once today's us settle and such with net neutrality. I really don't know what's going to happen, but all I know is that it's going to be taking away one of our rights and the right of freedom of speech. I will miss talking you guys, but anywho.
