Aye! It covers that as well :D It's just considered a basic 'drawing daily' thing since most people have that as their initial issue. Though a quick note from it that might help is thinking of your workloads in bouts of 3 hours, with an hour break in between each run. Perhaps thinking of your overall 'day' in a much shorter window might help any fatigue that pops up as a result of "I'm not doing enough" or "I'm overwhelming myself"...Which is kind of an Aizawa way to think about it really o.O
