           𝐊𝐈𝐒𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐈𝐒𝐍’𝐓 𝐌𝐔𝐂𝐇 𝐎𝐅 𝐀 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄,  𝐁𝐔𝐓 𝐈𝐓 𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐆𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀’𝐒 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐄.   blue eyes, slightly widened, peer at his features && a smile overcomes her lips for a moment.   though the pair of them sit in a forest surrounded by trees, sunlight streaming through, shoulder to shoulder gloria leans forward until her own lips can press a   𝚀𝚄𝙸𝙲𝙺 𝙺𝙸𝚂𝚂   to nick’s shoulder before withdrawing.   backpack sits just to the left of her,  a bandage with just a little bit of blood seeping through it covers the upper part of her arm where, underneath, a slash from a hunting knife scars her flesh.   they’d been out together , on somewhat of a run , when they ran into a couple of guys that tried to intimidate them into giving up what they had.  one thing lead to another, gloria remembers killing one of them as he lunged at her, && then she felt the pain in her arm !     ;      a grimace, a surprised look back toward the man && then dead.   ❝  don’t go all soft on me just yet,  clark. ❞  teases the blonde woman with a blossoming smile to her lips.   ❝  i’ll be fine.  it’s just a little cut, alright?  ❞   gloria aims to   𝓼𝓸𝓸𝓽𝓱𝓮    whatever worry nick might have about her well being.   ❝  good thing i picked up that partial med kit we found, huh? ❞  brow arches, head shaking locks of hair that had grown significantly longer since outbreak day so long before.    ❝  just- . . let me sit here for a second.  then we can go, won’t be long. ❞
