OH MY You have no idea how much "Souris Rose" fit 😭😭 As a French person myself, I know of a children song called "une Souris verte" (A green mouse). It's very cute and every kid in France heard it at least once. It fits well with her personality too. Really it's a great choice !
Also the name "Sourisette" could fit too :D When you want to refer as something as small or cute or even as a form of endearement, you can add "ette" at the end of words in French. And it has the same meaning as Miska
Ahhh I'm glad it does!! 🥰 I was just using google translate to listen to words being pronounced and went with what I thought sounded cutest. I was also leaning on Petit Loir, but that's a masculine word if I understand right and I'm not sure how big of a role that plays in french.
I like Miška a lot more than Sourisette but I'm just being biased ☺
Also I LOVE children’s songs! Like I just love them so much. So this makes me super extra happy. But also it made me think how there’s this old slovenian children’s book with songs in it too about a black cat called Maček Muri that like everyone knows and whenever I think about Ladybug and Chat Noir scenarios in my language I always have her call him nicknames from that book or use quotes from the book that everyone knows. I can’t really explain the cuteness. If there’s any slovenians in this fandom you know what I’m talking about 💗💌 He even has a lady friend that has Marinette’s fashion sense 💕 I even own her pillow kdjbfdcjbdc💖
