Q: How did you two meet?
QuasiIvan: Well, we met on the first day of school at Francoise Prep. ItâŚwasnât going very well for me at first, so Iâd gone out to the woods to get some air and clear my head. But thenâŚI heard this voice, singing. It was the most beautiful and angelic Iâd ever heard, and I had to see who it was.
Snow Mylène: (Giggles) That was me! He gave me a bit of a start, because I hadnât seen him sitting behind that tree, but mostly I was just happy to meet someone else who enjoyed spending time in the forest. And I could see right away that he was the sweetest, most gentle boy. He had such kind eyes and a tender smile, I couldnât resist wanting to get to know him!
QuasiIvan: IâŚwas mostly just surprised she was talking to me, that she didnât run away screaming, like most people did. SheâŚstayed. She made me feel happy and safe, for the first time around someone other than Esme. In that momentâŚI could already feel myself falling for her.

Mylènsula: Oh, we actually met years before we were ever dragged to that wretched school, itâs quite a story! I was a young sea witch just discovering my affinity for magic and testing it on unfortunate victims, and he was just beginning his works as the most terrifying boogie who ever lived! I was fast asleep one night after a long day of tormenting mermaids, when the most frightful figure appeared in my dreams!
Ivan Oogie: She was the oneâa the first folks I ever tried to give nightmares, and she had me doubtinâ my skills there for a second! No matter what I tried, I just couldnâ seem to spook her. So I kept tryinâ, for years! But the more and more time I spent with her, the stronger her grip got on my heart. I didnâ really have my hopes up about ever gettinâ to meet the girlâa my nightmares in the flesh, but then, we got both got dragged to that reform program.
Mylènsula: It was as if fate itself intervened and declared we were meant to be together!

Ivan Bumble: I met Flower when we both start DuPont. We were much smaller then. She was first person to say hello to me on first day, lots of others wereâŚintimidated. Thought she was beautiful, and very nice. She made me feelâŚnot as nervous about leaving mama, Sasha and mountains. I liked her very much.
MyLeaf: Iâll admit, it really surprised me that this big, strong yeti boy was so shy and gentle when I first met him. He came off as so grumpy and standoffish, but I could see underneath that he was just missing his home and family, like I was with my dad and my friends back home. So, I invited him to check out the greenhouse with me, and we got to talking. The spark between us was pretty immediate, I knew I was going to like him right away.
Ivan Bumble: I knew I like her too. She was best part of coming to new school, new place.

Mylèntasma: Oh, I remember that day like it was just moments before now rather than years. I was about eight years old, out on a float around the city in the evening, taking in all the beautiful sights of Paris, when I heard quite a commotion coming from around the corner. Imagine my surprise when I turned that corner to see a giant gorilla, roaring at a group of boys who had a reputation for picking on younger children and those of different appearance.
Ivan Kong: It was my familyâs first day in Paris and those guys had started messing with me and Nath. Eventually, I just got so mad that I couldnât take it anymore, and I started to go Kong. Nath tried to get me to calm down, but I was just too pissed off. But thenâŚI heard this beautiful voice, singing and telling me everything was going to be okay. That was when I met my beautiful phantom.
Mylèntasma: I could tell immediately from the way he was trying to protect his friend that he wasnât some dangerous monster. I knew I had to do something to help. And when he turned from a giant ape to his equally adorable humanoid formâŚI knew I had made the right call.

HephIvan: We met when we were very young, equivalent to around five years old by the standards of you humans. I was nervous because my mother was bringing me with her to Olympus for the first time. I knew that I lookedâŚdifferent and I didnât think that the other deities my age were going to like me. I was sitting in the corner, tinkering with a toy I was making and waiting for my mom to finish up, whenâŚMylène came over.
Demelène: I had seen him sitting over there by himself, working on some kind of contraption that I had never seen before. He looked a bit nervous, and a bit lonely, so I decided to go over and introduce myself. I asked him what he was making, and while at first he was a bit hesitant, soon we got to talking. It didnât take long for us to become friends, the tie of fate and all that.
HephIvan: After that, she started introducing me to everyone else, and I began to feel at home on OlympusâŚespecially whenever she was around.

Nightmare Weaver: Weâd actually crossed paths a few times before got we dragged to DC Academy to take part in their âreform programâ and I always thought he was hot but never had the guts to approach him. It wasnât until we landed in the same class that we met properly. We ended up both partaking in a friendly sparring competition proposed by Kim. We got set against each other and I managed to get the drop on him with my fear gas.
Venom Bringer: Right away I was intrigued by her cunning, fearlessness and of course, her stunning beauty. I started trying to find whatever excuse I could to be around and talk to her before we would be dragged back to that wretched asylum at the end of the day. And the more we talked, the deeper I began to fall for her.
Nightmare Weaver: It was the same for me. He was everything I had been wanting in a partner, and we just needed the right time to make a move.

Captain France: Well, since it was Mylène and her squad who found me in my frozen state, I guess she kind of felt obligated to help look after me, in a way. She would come visit me everyday and when I woke up, she would just sit and talk to me, seeing how I was feeling and telling me things I would need to know about the modern day. She really had no reason to care about me, this guy from decades ago sheâd never met before, butâŚshe kept coming anyway. How could I not fall for her?
Bullseye: I felt like I should at least try to make sure he was okay, being the one who found him down there and all. But when he came to and we started talkingâŚhe wasnât at all like I was expecting. He was soâŚhumble and sweet. And he would just make the dorkiest jokes with the cutest little smile, I couldnât help but think he was adorable. It didnât take me long to fall for him either.
Captain France: Everything was so new and scary to me, I had no idea what was going to happen to me or how people were going to react. ButâŚI still felt like it was going to be alrightâŚas long as she was there.

Horrificator: We met about a week before we both started in the Advanced Villainy program. There I was, just wreaking havoc on a Friday afternoon, spreading terror in the hearts of those pathetic âgoodâ citizens, when crashing down the streets, tearing up everything in his path comes this huge, handsome hunk of stone. You could say I was enamored pretty quickly, I had to know more about him. So I crept up and did what I do best. I spooked him out of his wits! (Giggles)
Stoneheart: Iâm just minding my own business, engaging in my specialty of property destruction, when I hear this ear-splitting shriek that scares the living hell out of me. So I turned around, ready to fightâŚand there she was. The most beautiful little horror Iâd ever laid eyes on, smiling at me with those sharp teeth. All I could think was âIâm going to marry this girl.â
Horrificator: You have to admit, I got you good, my darling gem!

Ogrevan: I remember that day like it was yesterday. I was about ten years old, out on my first ever shift guarding the village, so I was quite excited, getting to do adult things and such. Thatâs when I heard this beautiful voice ask me if I knew where the wild mountain thistle grows, and I looked and saw the most beautiful girl Iâd ever laid eyes on in my life. I was so captivated by her that I couldnât form a legible sentence. Thankfully, she laughed it off and just sprinted by me to go find it herself. When I was finally able to catch up to her, I was able to speak.
Drylène: He was so adorable, back then, and even more so now. I couldnât help teasing him a bit. After that we introduced ourselves and got to talking, and before I knew it, I was finding any excuse to come by the mountainside, just to see and talk to him.
Ogrevan: It always made my day when she would come. I could feel myself falling deeper for her with every time. Even if it did tend to distract me from my guard duties.

Mylène: Well, we both started attending DuPont at around six years old, but we never really talked much, given that we kind of ran in different circles. I mostly stuck to my theater group and Ivan could be bit of a loner except for a few people, he never really seemed like he wanted anyone around. It wasnât until last year that we really got to know each other.
Ivan: Iâd always thought that she was beautiful and awesome with the way she cared about people and the environment so much. We were in the same class for years and Iâd always wanted to talk to her, but could never work up the guts to. I was never that good at letting people in. Iâm still not always the best at it, reallyâŚ
Mylène: Youâre getting a lot better with opening up and letting people be there for you, teddy bear. And you have so many people who want to be, who care about you.
Q: How and when did you get together?
Snow Mylène: Well, it was a few months into our freshman year and Ivan and I had been getting to know each other very well. I knew that I liked him as much more than a friend, but I wasnât sure if he felt the same way about me. Eventually, the school decided to try out this American tradition called a âSadie Hawkinsâ dance and I decided to take my chance and ask Ivan to be my date. He looked so surprised, it was adorable!
Quasilvan: Of course, I said yes. At the dance, we both ended up getting a little overwhelmed by all of the people so we stepped out for a little while. We ended up going for a walk along the trail. We stopped and watched the sunsetâŚand ended up having our first kiss. It wasâŚperfect.

Ivan Oogie: Well, uhâŚ(flushes bright red) IâŚwasnât exactly asâŚsmooth as I woulda hoped. See, weâd both gotten dragged off to that reform program, and when I saw âer in the hallway, I immediately recognized as the girl whose dreams I visited, the one I wasâŚin love with. So, when we bumped into each otherâŚmy mouth spoke before my brain could catch up. I just came out and basically said âBe mine.â (Buries his face in his hand) So [beep]ing embarassinâ. And in frontâa people too!
Mylènsula: (Giggles) Well, I, for one, found his forwardness charming and bold! My heart already belonged to him anyway, so how could I say no? Shortly after, he took me on our horrifically romantic first date, and weâve been wreaking havoc together ever since! Isnât that right, Spookums?
Ivan Oogie: (Blushes and buries his head in her shoulder)

MyLeaf: Well, it was a few months into the year we started the middle school grades. I had been crushing on him for ages, and I was pretty sure he felt the same way. Weâd been spending a lot of time together, him helping tend to my plants and just chilling after classes. SoâŚI took my shot and asked him if he wanted to go on a date. You can only imagine how I bloomed when he said yes! I set up a picnic in the woods just off the courtyard and we spent the whole afternoon together, just enjoying the company and talking about whatever.
Ivan Bumble: Was very happy when Flower asked me. I like her for a very long time too, and wanted her to like me. For date, I know Mylène love flowers, so I try to make a crown for her. It wasâŚnot good. Am better at drums than making art things.
MyLeaf: I thought it was adorable and very sweet. I have it pressed in my keepsake book!

Ivan Kong: (Blushes bright red) WellâŚthat day was certainly something special. I had been in love with Mylène pretty much from the day I met her. ButâŚI was way too shy to tell her how I felt. Eve try time I triedâŚthe words kept getting jumbled up in my head and I would just walk away frustrated. And then I would worry whenever I did that that Mylène would think I didnât like her. I just got so deep in my own head. Thankfully, sheâs not as bad with words as I can be.
Mylèntasma: I had also been in love with him for ages, and wanted to find the perfect moment to profess this to him. I had written a special composition to tell him how I felt, and I tried several times to perform it, but things seemed to keep getting in the way. Finally, on a gloomy fall afternoon, things seemed to come together. I had managed to get him alone in my dear concert hall, and I played my heart out. Iâm just so happy he accepted and returned my feelings. Weâve been in harmony ever since!

Demelène: Oh, I remember that wonderful day clearly, even though it was so many years ago now. I was down on Earth, tending to the new sprouts of the Summer season, when I felt a hot rush of wind I would know anywhere. It was my Ivan, of course, and he had this adorable, bashful expression on his face. I was hoping he was going to ask if we could begin proper immortal courtship, but somewhere in my mind I just couldnât believe it. I still struggled quite a bit with confidence back thenâŚ
HephIvan: Well, to me, sheâs always been so beautiful, this vision of loveliness and kindness, certainly way too good for meâŚI was praying to the Fates that she would say yes, but I didnât have my hopes up. I had worked for weeks to make her the perfect gift, her gold and amber wreath of wheat, so I brought it to her, and confessed that Iâd been in love with her for years. By some miracle, she felt the same way and we became an item. And now, here we are, years later, happily married.
Demelène: I still wear the wreath every day, along with this, now! (Shows her beautiful wedding ring, made by Ivan, naturally.)

Venom Bringer: I knew I would have to do something truly special to prove to her that I was worthy to be her partner, so I did what I do best. I found the perfect time to bust us both out of our cells during a transfer, and I took her out to terrorize Paris. I brought her to where we first laid eyes on each other, where Iâd spelled out her name with the bones of the gutless higher-ups of an oil company that was ruining the earth. I confessed my undying devotion, and she agreed to be mine.
Nightmare Weaver: It was so romantic! I had been wanting to go after those fools for ages, and he had done it just for me! Of course, I said yes! After that, we went and tore down a few buildings that were being constructed on protected natural land, and shared our first kiss before those annoying heroes managed to catch up to us. We were thrown back into that lousy asylum, but I didnât care! The man of my dreams was finally mine, and nothing could take the joy of that away from me!

Bullseye: Oh, it was just the cutest thing. He was so old-fashioned about it, but in the most adorable way! He actually called up my dad to ask his permission to take me on a date, and I knew that papa liked him. After that, he asked me to meet him in the training room. He was waiting with flowers and everything! He was blushing so much, I thought his cheeks might never lose the pink. He was so sweet and genuine with his confession that I couldnât help but fall even deeper for him. Of course, I still had to tease him a little bit!
Captain France: She made me beat her in a sparring match before I could take her out on a date. It took me six tries, but I finally managed to do it! I decided to go simple, I took her for a walk around Paris, we got lunch and saw a movie. It might seem a little boring, but for us, it was perfect. Being able to call this amazing girl my partner was more than worth getting knocked on my ass a few timesâŚexcuse my language.

Stoneheart: I still remember the dayâŚwell, night she asked me out as one of the happiest of my life! It was the dead of the night, and I was sound asleep in my room. But then, I woke up to a loud scraping noise. I looked and there were huge claw marks across my wall. You could say I wasâŚa bit spooked. Then I heard something under my bed, before it darted out and into the shadows. For a few minutes, I kept seeing this shadowy figure dart around my room, before it seemed to disappearâŚbut not for long.
Horrificator: That shadowy creature was me, of course! And then I went for the final scare. I exploded out of the shadows with my most petrifying scream and scared him out of his wits! I waited for him to calm down and stop screaming before I confessed my love. Thankfully, he felt the same and found myâŚunorthodox approach charming! So much so that that was when he kissed me for the first time! Iâm just glad his parents didnât wake up!

Drylène: Oh, I remember the day when he began courting me. It was one of the times I had come to visit him on the mountainside, and he had quite the surprise waiting for me! A beautiful picnic decorated with candles and all of my favorite flowers! After we sat down, he played a song he had written specially for me to profess his love! It was beautiful, and I could only give yes as my answer!
Ogrevan: I worked on that song for weeks. I wanted it to be perfect, to convey everything that I felt for her. I was so nervous that day, terrified I was going to play a wrong note or say the wrong thing and mess everything up. ButâŚthe moment I saw her face, all of those nerves disappeared. And when she kissed me after accepting and returning my feelingsâŚI felt like I was on top of the world.

Ivan: WellâŚit was a bit of anâŚawkward situationâŚwhat with me getting akumatized and whisking her away to the top of the Eiffel Tower and allâŚStill wish that could have gone better.
Mylène: But no one can argue with the results, to be sure! Yeah, the whole âtaken by the first akuma and then falling from the top of the Eiffel Towerâ wasâŚan experience. But I got the sweetest boyfriend in the entire world out of it! I still have the song he wrote me in my keepsake box! And at least itâll be a funny story to tell our kids someday!
Ivan: Iâm just glad it all worked out. Weâve been through so much together now, and I couldnât imagine wanting anyone else by my side.
Q: What is one of the things you love most about him/her?
Quasilvan: Her kindness and willingness to give love to everyone, no matter who, or what they are. Her endless compassion for everybody and everything around her never ceases to amaze me, even when people have been less than kind to her, like her stepmother. Sheâs the most truly good-hearted person Iâve ever known, and thatâs why Iâm so grateful she decided to give that heart to me.
Snow Mylène: And I love his gentle spirit, how he doesnât use his size and strength against people, even though he easily could. Heâs been through so much, suffered so much cruelty, and yet heâs still one of the most empathetic and tender-hearted people I know. He uses his natural gifts to help rather than harm, despite how people treat him even now, and thatâs what I admire the most about him.

Mylensula: Of course, I love the way my darling BuggyBoo is so passionate about his craft of terror. You always know that whatever he has planned is going to be horrifying and spectacular, so I look forward to it every time. All the time, effort and finesse he puts into each scare he pulls off, and the gleam in his empty eyes when he hears the screams of his victims, it thrills me to my core!
Ivan Oogie: And I love the way my scallop puts it all on the floor, brings the fire with everything she does. No matter what sheâs up to, what poor sucker sheâs conning, or who sheâs hexinâ, she gives it 110%. Everybody in the roomâs gonna be payinâ attention, especially me, sheâll make sureâa that! Nothinâ gets me goinâ more than seeing her make a show out of her latest scheme, because I know sheâs putting all her wicked lil heart into it!

Ivan Bumble: I love Flowerâs passion about protecting and loving all living things. She treat everyone with respect and kindness, no matter if monster, human or plant. Makes people feel safe and cared about, she listen and she help where she can. She make me want to be better, kinder person every day.
MyLeaf: And I love how heâs so fiercely strong and protective with the ones he loves, but at the same time, so gentle and kind. Heâll step up to fight for someone who canât fight for themselves, but also has the gentlest touch when heâs working with my plant babies or helping someone whoâs injured. I love both sides of him, and thatâs something thatâs never going to change.

Mylentasma: How fiercely and with all of himself that he protects the things he cares about. Heâs never too afraid to jump into a battle if one of us is at risk, and heâll give it his all to protect someone who canât defend themselves. I love how heâs always willing to stand up to bullies, whether it be stupid kids harassing monsters or his own father being awful, he wonât stand for people being mistreated. Even if he can lose his temper sometimes, I know itâs just because he cares so much about things being fair and safe for everyone.
Ivan Kong: And I love how Mylène is so passionate about her craft, and puts her all into every performance. She always pours her entire heart into the composition, the preparation, and the performance. Itâs amazing to get to watch her, and know that the heart of such an amazing and talented woman belongs to me. Mylène can make you feel every emotion at once when she puts on a show, sheâs a true work of art.

Hephlvan: I love the compassion and dedication she shows to every living thing, no matter how big or small. She takes care of everyone on Olympus, both physically and emotionally. Sheâs kind of like the mother that so many of our fellow immortals never got to have. And the way she makes sure the mortals are taken care of without fail every single year. Her unending kindness never fails to amaze me.
Demelène: And I love how heâs never let anyoneâs negative opinions of him and the terrible words of foolish humans make him bitter or spiteful. He maintains his dignity, and heâs the kindest, most merciful and helpful god Iâve ever known. Whenever someone may need assistance, heâs always one of the first ones to offer and he never requires anything in return. He treats everyone with respect and dignity, even if they donât return the favor.

Nightmare Weaver: I admire the fact that he matches his incredible strength with the cunning to pull off plans that can even rival Maxâs in genius! Itâs what makes him such a formidable villain, and why weâre such a perfect match! So many fools are so quick to underestimate him, dismiss him as a mindless brute who only knows how to do physical damage, but heâs so much more than that! The way he can utterly break a person inside and out is something that makes my dark heart race.
Venom Bringer: And I adore the way she doesnât let the experiences of her past stop her from being the most terrifying villain who ever lived and following her passion of spreading fear. The fools who tormented her will live to fear her name, and Iâll be by her side to make sure that happens. But she doesnât need me to be strong. Sheâs overcome her past fears to become something truly menacing, and it makes me love her all the more.

Captain France: I love how she never lets anyone underestimate her just because she doesnât have powers like most of the others do. Sheâs one of the most capable fighters in the entire school, and sheâll be happy to prove it against anyone. Her strength and resolve are truly inspiring to me, and Iâll never stop being amazed at what she can do. Sheâs a true hero, even without powers, and I wonât let anyone say different.
Bullseye: l admire his strength too, with all of my heart. Heâs been through so much, both before and after he was frozen. Heâs lost so many people, missed so much of a life he never got to live, and was dropped into a world that was completely new to him. But he never let that make him bitter or keep him from treating people with kindness. And heâs never afraid to admit when heâs confused, scared or needs help, and to me, that shows true strength.

Horrificator: I admire the way my darling gem is so fierce whenever anyone challenges him! The way he crushes his opponents underfoot when they dare to question his strength and power, itâs truly something to behold. He makes me swoon every time we go out to terrorize the Light, with how he wreaks havoc and tears apart everything those fools hold dear. He lets no one disrespect him, or me, and thatâs why I adore him so. He has such passion for villainy, itâs truly inspiring!
Stoneheart: And it always gets me going when I see how my little terror has so much passion for what she does! She puts her all into every spook she pulls on those pathetic weaklings, and it gets my granite heart racing. Sheâs so beautiful when sheâs at her most terrifying, and with every scream that makes her power grow, my love for her grows along with it. I always canât wait to see what sheâs going to do next!

Ogrevan: How fiercely she protects the people, creatures and things she loves. Sheâs never one to stand down and let someone she cares about be stepped on, even if itâs by someone whoâs bigger, stronger or more powerful than she is. She amazes me with how absolutely fearless she can be, and the compassion she shows for everybody around her. She drives me to be better every single day.
Drylène: And I love his gentle and creative spirit, how much of his heart he puts into his music and poetry. You can feel the emotion in every note and word, and it just makes me fall deeper and deeper for him with every piece. So many people always seem to see him as this big brute, swinging his club around and deadlifting trees-not that it doesnât make me blush when he does that last one-, but I see whatâs within-his loving and artistic side.

Mylène: I love how he doesnât let the way people perceive him and judge him because of his appearance dictate who he is as a person. Heâs the sweetest, gentlest boy Iâve ever known, even though people refuse to believe that because of his fatherâs reputation. He treats people with kindness even when they donât have the courtesy to return the favor, which shows that in the way that counts, heâs stronger than any of them will ever be.
Ivan: And I love how no matter what people try to stop her or tell her to back down, she never stops fighting for whatâs right. She stands up to people that most others wouldnât in a million years, to try to make the world a better place for everyone. Sheâs the bravest person I know, even if it takes her a bit to realize it sometimes. She inspires me every singly day.
Q: What are some of your favorite things to do as a couple?
Snow Mylène: Oh, we love going for quiet walks in the woods outside the school, spending time with all my animal friends and just enjoying the beauty of nature. Itâs so peaceful out there, one of the few times I get to see him totally relaxed. You should see his face whenever we go to visit the rabbitsâ burrow! His smile at all the little baby bunnies is the cutest thing in the world!
Quasilvan: I also justâŚreally love listening to Mylène sing. Whether sheâs on stage performing with the other royals, calming down the animals or just humming to herself when weâre having a quiet moment alone, I just love to hear her. Something about her voice just makes me feelâŚcalm and happy.

Ivan Oogie: Well, we always love scarinâ the wits outta people together, whether itâs with her spells or my spooks. Nothinâs more fun for us than hearinâ the screams of our victims! And when I get to watch her string those poor suckers along only to crush âem in the end with total hopelessnessâŚit just reminds me even more that sheâs the girl for me!
Mylènsula: And I so love getting to watch him terrify people, and give some frights of my own. But we do enjoy our quieter moments too! Itâs such fun to watch those pathetic âhorrorâ movies that humans make and laugh about how we could do it so much better! But as much as we love our villainous ways, Iâm never opposed to a tender moment with my buggyboo! His strong arms are my favorite place to be! (Giggles)

MyLeaf: Oh, we love spending time in the greenhouse together, whether itâs just relaxing or tending to my darling babies! Heâs so good with them and they just adore him, especially Cookie and Ogg. Itâs so relaxing for both of us to be in nature, which is why we also like to go for quiet walks around the woods around the school. Itâs so peaceful and spooky out there, perfect for monsters who need a bit of a break. Iâm also never opposed to a cuddle with my snowbeau! (Giggles) Yetis give the best, comfiest hugs after all!
Ivan Bumble: (Blushes and nuzzles her neck) I like all things Mylène said. Also love when she come to Monster SMASH practices and shows. Feel much less nervous when she there. Flower is my muse.

Ivan Kong: I love getting to listen to her play and sing, no matter what the occasion. Her voice is the one thing that can always send my heart racing no matter what. Especially when itâs a quiet moment between us when sheâs singing just for me. It just feelsâŚperfect. I also love going for a swing for me, fly for her, around Paris, just enjoying the scenery and each otherâs company. Itâs one of the few times I feel totally relaxed, like nothing could make me hulk out and go Kong.
Mylentasma: And I love getting to give back to the community with my darling monkey man! We especially love spending time with the less-privileged children of Paris, it always makes them so happy. You should see the way they climb all over him, they just adore Ivan, itâs precious! Itâs also so much fun whenever we try and spook one another, though Iâm considerably better at it than he is. Itâs not really his fault, because how could I possibly be scared of this adorable face? (She cups his cheeks as he blushes like mad)

Demelène: Oh, I love whenever weâre able to go down for a quiet moment together on Earth, sitting and enjoying the sunlight while I tell him stories of my latest encounters with mortals and he tells me of his latest projects. He usually has some new gift that he made for me, not that Iâm complaining. Who doesnât love to be spoiled, when itâs done out of love? I also do genuinely do enjoy times when I get to help him in his forge. Itâs so fascinating to see him work and the passion he puts into it. And speaking of passion (she smiles coyly), I, of course, enjoy myâŚprivate time with my husband in our chambers.
Hephlvan: (Goes insanely red) IâŚcan say the same, love. I also love getting to watch her do her work down on Earth. The way the whole world seems to bloom from just her presence alone is amazing to me. Iâm truly married to an incredible goddess, and I never forget it. And I love getting to show her the things I create, especially the gifts I make for her. The way her face lights up with curiosity never fails to make my heart skip a beat.

Venom Bringer: I love whenever weâre able to break out of that wretched asylum to do some petrifying and cracking skulls. Itâs a true gift to me to get to see my beautiful scarecrow in her element, when sheâs making people live their worst nightmare. While we always know it wonât be long before the heroes come after us, itâs worth it get to spend some time with her, doing what we both love.
Nightmare Weaver: Thereâs nothing better in the world, my darling brute! Weâre villains to the core, and spreading fear and pain is what we do! But, if weâre truly being honest, I also enjoy when we can have quiet, tender moments together. Weâve both suffered so much pain in our lives, and just being able to take a moment to hold each otherâŚmakes everything feel alright, even if itâs only for a moment. Being with him makes me feel safe.

Bullseye: Well, Iâll always enjoy the moments when weâre in the heat of battle together. Weâre totally in sync and have each otherâs backs no matter what. Itâs almost like I can read his mind and I can read his. Thereâs nothing better than taking down a bad guy with the one you love, in my opinion. But I also enjoy our quiet moments, where I can just sit and tell or show him things about the modern world. Itâs always adorable to see how amazed he is about how things have advanced!
Captain France: Thatâs what I love most with her, too. Sheâs always so patient explaining things to me, it blows my mind. I especially love our movie nights, where I just get to hold her close and enjoy all the stories that have been made since I was frozen. She still has to explain a lot to me, but she doesnât seem to mind. And letâs just say, I donât mind being tossed around in a sparring match or two if it means spending time with her.

Stoneheart: Well, we always love going out to wreak some havoc on Paris. Thereâs nothing more fun for a couple of villains than turning the landscape into a living hell for pathetic little wastes of space like those ârebelsâ who try to challenge us! With me knocking down buildings and crumbling streets, and her spreading nightmares and collecting screams, weâre one of the best villain teams out there. And nothing makes me happier than getting to do have some good-old-fashioned wicked fun with my little nightmare!
Horrificator: I absolutely adore getting to ruin lives with my hunky mountain of a man! And since we both grow bigger and stronger with the more people try to fight us, weâre able to cause that much more chaos! What could be more wonderful? But I also love when we get to teach the younger classes of villains, like sweet little Sasha, the ways of being a truly awful villain. They adore and look up to us, so itâs only right that we set a good example!

Drylène: Oh, I love just spending a quiet afternoon with him, sitting in the woods or on the mountainside, enjoying the scenery of our beautiful home and listening to him write his poetry and music. Getting to hear whatâs going through his mind and heart is something that means so much to me, heâs so talented and passionate about it! (Giggles) And I love to pay him visits when heâs on guard duty, just to make it a little more interesting for him!
Ogrevan: I have to say, sheâs always a welcome surprise, even if she makes it a bit hard to stay focused on actually guarding the place. (Gives her a playful knowing look, at which she giggles) I also love just going on walks through the forest with her, helping her tend to the trees and wildlife. The Everwoods are so beautiful, and when I have the most beautiful flower in all of Miracularia by my side, itâs hard not to feel happy and content.

Ivan: I love it when she comes to watch Kitty Section rehearsals and just hangs out with all of us. Getting to put the way I feel about her into music is something that means a lot to me and Iâm glad I get to share that with her. I also like when she comes over to my house for movie nights and we just chill on the couch, talking about whatever and enjoying each otherâs company. Honestly, any moment that I spend with her feels perfect.
Mylène: Awww, Teddy Bear! I love whenever we go out and do volunteer work together. Heâs always so happy to do it with me and we have such a great time helping out around Paris. It feels good to give back to the community with someone you care about. I also love when weâll just spend a quiet afternoon walking around Paris, enjoying the scenery and each otherâs company. Just simple little moments like that.
Q: How do you usually deal with arguments or disagreements?
Quasilvan: Whenever thereâs something we disagree about, which doesnât happen often as weâre usually on the same wavelength and talk about things when something is wrong, we both try to take a minute to cool down. Usually Iâll go up to my belltower and work on my poems for a little bit, and Mylène will go out to the woods to spend time with her animals.
Snow Mylène: After weâve both had time to cool off weâll meet up to talk through whatever we were butting heads about and come up with a compromise that makes us both happy. The key to staying healthy in a relationship is communicating what youâre feeling and being honest with one another after all.

Mylènsula: Well, we hate to be mad at each other, so we always try to resolve things before they can lead to a fight, but no one is perfect. I will admit, I can be quiteâŚpetty when I become sufficiently angry and at times say things that I shouldnât and that I donât mean. I always feel so terrible afterward, knowing that I hurt my darling buggyboo.
Ivan Oogie: And Iâll admit that when I get steamed, I can be pretty bullheaded. Sometimes I storm off and it takes me a bit to even wanna talk. I know I shouldnât ignore her and Iâm lettinâ my anger get the bestâa me, but Iâve always had a temper. But it never takes us too long to get things patched up, right darlinâ?
Mylènsula: Of course, my love! Eventually, after weâve both had time to calm down, we sit and talk things out, work out a compromise between what we both want! Our love will always prevail in the end!

Ivan Bumble: I do not like to be upset or angry with Flower, and thankfully, does not happen often. We talk about things before they become problem. But, we are not perfect. Sometimes we do not agree, and we fight. I do not like when this happens. Yetis can be very stubborn, so sometimes can take a while before am ready to talk things out. Flower is very patient. I try to be too.
MyLeaf: Like Ivan said, we hate being upset with one another, it just hurts too much. But, no relationship is perfect, and arguments are bound to happen. And when they do, we both just take a bit of time to cool off. Iâll go spend some time with my plants and just tending the greenhouse, and he goes to practice his drums or work out for a while. Once weâve both had time to breathe and ease our frustrations, we meet up to talk things through and come up with a compromise. Communication is key, after all.

Mylèntasma: Well, my monkey man and I can both be very passionate people, so of course there are times when our heads can both get a little hot when we disagree about something. They donât happen often, given that weâre open with our feelings and talk through things before they become problems. But no relationship is without its troubles, and there are times when weâve both stormed off in a huff after saying things we didnât mean. Weâre not proud of it, but it happens.
Ivan Kong: Usually we both need to take a little while to cool our heads. Iâll work out for a little bit, go for a climb or some sparring with Kim, and she vents through her music. After that, weâll meet up and talk things out. I can still be a bit stubborn sometimes, especially when I think Iâm right, but thankfully, sheâs pretty good at getting me to pull my head out of my ass. We come up with a compromise and apologize for being dumb. We know weâre gonna be okay, because our relationship is strong.

Hephlvan: Well, even when an immortal couple loves each other as deeply and infinitely as we do, eternity is a long time and there are bound to be disagreements. Mylène and I have always been open with our feelings and when we have an issue with something, so weâre usually good about talking things through. But still, there are times when we can have our heated disputes. Like when one of thinks the other is overworking themself, for example. ThatâsâŚone of the most frequent arguments we have.
Demelène: Itâs only because we want one another to be healthy and safe, love. In any case, whenever a dispute arises, we both take our time to decompress, doing whatever we need to do to calm down before coming back together to talk things through. We value communication and honesty in our relationship, and thatâs why weâve been able to remain strong through our many years.

Nightmare Weaver: Well, weâre very rarely at odds with one another, given how we see eye to eye on most things. ButâŚthere are times when, due to our mutual somewhat reserved natures, we can let heated emotions get the better of us and it results in a fight. Naturally, neither of us likes it when this happens, and we try to resolve it as quickly as possibleâŚbut both of us can also be quite stubborn. We never fail to come around and come back together, though.
Venom Bringer: I admit, Iâve said things that I deeply regret when weâve had our fights, and Iâll never truly forgive myself for the times Iâve caused her pain. But like Mylène said, we always come to our senses. Usually after weâve taken some time to cool down, me bashing someone in a sparring match or getting in a workout and her working on her fear gas weapons, weâll come together for a talk and work things out. We love each other too much not to.

Captain France: As much as we try to always be open with our feelings and talk things out, no relationship is really perfect. Sometimes I take on too much and can be a bit too stubborn in my role as leader, and sometimes Mylène can go too far with trying to prove her capabilities as a non-meta hero. When that happens, we can get heated. But we always manage to get things back on the right track. Usually we both just need to take a moment to breathe.
Bullseye: Exactly. Weâll both take some time to do our relaxing activities, his writing and some target practice for me. After weâve both been able to think about things, weâll apologize and talk things out. Usually weâre able to come up with a compromise that makes both of us happy, and thatâs what a healthy relationship is all about.

Horrificator: WellâŚwe always try to be good at being open with each other and not letting negative feelings and thoughts fester until they become problems, butâŚwhen youâre both villains with infamous tempers, there are bound to be times when things can blow up. There have been times when Iâve met my anger get the best of me and said things to hurt my darling gem, and heâs done the same. We both regret it afterward, hate ourselves for causing each other pain. But these are merely small bumps in the road.
Stoneheart: Exactly, babe. After weâve had some to cool down, wreaked some havoc on our own, weâll talk things out and get back on the right track. We always make things right, even if it takes a little longer sometimes. Iâm not letting my little fright slip away from me, thatâs for damn sure.

Ogrevan: Well, we always try to be open with our feelings, because thatâs how you keep a healthy and loving relationship together. But everyone has disagreements from time to time. Usually whenever we get a little heated about something, what we try to do is step away for a moment to think and cool our heads. Iâll usually play my music and she tends her trees. Relaxing activities that give us a way to ease our nerves and consider each otherâs perspective.
Drylène: After that, weâll meet up again and talk things out, come up with something between what we both want, a compromise. Communicating is important, thatâs how you fix problems. And even when we arenât seeing eye to eye at the moment, I know weâll hash things out. Our love is strong enough for bumps in the road.

Mylène: Well, we always try to put everything weâre feeling on the table before it can fester and become a problem. Thatâs the way you keep a relationship healthy, open communication. But of course, every once in a while we will have a disagreement about something, though of course we both hate when that happens.
Ivan: Usually if we have a little fight about something weâll try and give each other a few hours to cool off before we meet up to talk things out. I admit, sometimes I can get a little heated and storm off when I should stay and talk things out, but Mylène is always patient with me and is always ready to work it out when I cool my head. Sheâs awesome like that.
Q: What do you imagine for your future together?
Snow Mylène: Oh, Iâve thought of what our lives will be like many times. Of course, Iâll be responsible for taking over my kingdom once I come of age, and thereâs no one Iâd rather have ruling by my side. I can already see us leading as kindly and fairly as we can, and doing it together. Our kingdom will be a safe haven for anyone who feels like they arenât welcome anywhere else, and for all the creatures of the wild, of course!
Quasilvan: Iâll admit, Iâm a bit nervous at the idea of becoming a king, but I know that as long as I have Mylène by my side, Iâll be okay. I definitely see us having a couple of kids, who will always know how amazing they are and that we love them no matter what. Weâll be sure to teach them the importance of treating others and the environment with kindness and valuing themselves.

MyLeaf: Well, obviously we plan on being together after we graduate DuPont. I love him with all of my heart, I could never imagine us parting ways. We both want to do our part to help with Adrienâs cause of fighting for monstersâ rights with humans, so thatâs definitely something I envision for us. Iâll keep working with my plants and developing new botanical tonics and heâll keep playing his music with Monster SMASH, and of course, weâll support each other no matter what. And I definitely see a wedding in our future.
Ivan Bumble: Have always known I want to marry my Flower. She is best part of my life. I want to spend rest of it by her side, keeping her safe and happy. If I can do that, I will be happy. Also want to have family together. Does not matter how big, as long as is with her.

Ivan Kong: Well, weâll keep protecting Paris together, for one thing. Iâll keep fighting by her side, and supporting her no matter what she does. Sheâs going to be one of the greatest performers this world has ever seen. And I intend to be right there with her, cheering her on through it all. I can already picture our beautiful wedding day, alive with music and spooks abound. And we hope to eventually start a little family of ghouls of our own. And I know that with every year we spend together in the infinite ones we have, our love will only grow. We have discussed it, and we would like to welcome children of our own someday. However many it ends up being doesnât matter. What matters is that weâll raise them with love and teach them the responsibility that comes with being gods. If we can do that, I think weâll be fine.

Heâll take over as head of the village guard, keeping the family we build safe and writing more of his music. Ogrevan: As long as I have Mylène by my side, I know Iâll be fine. I worry sometimes about failing in my duties as head of the guard, but I know that as long as itâs to keep her and my sister safe, Iâll do what I have to. Sheâs an amazing actress and a great leader, so I know sheâll achieve what she sets her mind to, and Iâll be at every show and support every decision. I canât wait to have a family with her, whatever it ends up looking like.

Ivan: Well, weâve both talked about getting married, so thatâs something I can definitely see for us, but thatâs a ways off, so in the near future, I see us just continuing to support each other and hopefully continuing to fall deeper for one another every day. I can see my little mouse continuing to do her thing and save the world, and I intend to be there fighting by her side. Iâll write as many songs and poems as I need to so that she sees sheâs the best thing that ever happened to me.
Mylène: And when the time does come for us to get married, I can already envision it being the happiest day of my life. I can see us getting a nice little apartment, somewhere away from the main streets of the city, and like Ivan said, continuing to support each other. Eventually, maybe we have a couple kids and we raise them to treat other people kindly and always look out for the world we live in.

Q: Whatâs the one thing you want your partner to know and never forget?
Quasilvan: That the true reason sheâs the fairest of them all isnât because of her outer beauty, though to me sheâs the most beautiful woman in the world. Itâs because she has the kindest heart of anyone Iâve ever known and how much she cares for everyone and everything around her. Her pure soul and gentle heart are what make her the most beautiful person on earth.

MyLeaf: (Kisses his cheek) And I want my Yeti Teddy to know that even if people refuse to see him as anything but a brute because of stupid yeti stereotypes, I see who he really is, and he makes me feel safe. Heâs gentle, kind, a passionate creative and thinks much deeper about things than anyone gives him credit for. He has a such a big heart and I know heâll always be there to stand by me.

Mylèntasma: I want Ivan to remember that even if he can struggle with his temper and controlling his Kong form, heâs not a bad person and heâll always be a hero in my eyes. If anything, itâs just because he has such a big heart and is so protective of those he loves. He would never harm an innocent person and I know heâll always be there to protect me and the others when we need it, because thatâs who he is.
Ivan Kong: I want my phantom to know how truly beautiful and inspiring she is in everything she does. Whenever she takes the stage, when sheâs leading people to safety or taking down an akuma, or even when sheâs just sitting working on a new piece, she just glows from within. It makes me want to be the best possible version of myself, a version that deserves to be by her side. Sheâs amazing.

World 1 - Mylene is a toy mouse for the Bruel family's cat Sasha and Ivan is a new teddy bear for the family's upcoming child. Sasha happens to be surprisingly sweet with Mylene, often nudging at her with affection and putting her next to the teddy bear. Ivan likes giving Mylene warm hugs and she circles around him squeaking happily.
World 2 - Mylene is a scientist researching alien plants on a foreign world when she meets a giant alien who she calls "Ivan". He protects her from wild predators and they slowly learn each other's language. She ends up hiding Ivan from military folk who want to experiment on him and stays with him on his home planet.
World 3 - Reverse Height world where Mylene is quite big but still very mousy and Ivan is short but still grumpy and quiet. He can't help but blush whenever she picks him up.

This is something I randomly found in my notes, and I decided to make it a fun I-Start-You-Finish prompt, and Iâd love to see what you do with it! This is for my Lukadrien film noir AU!
âSo, uh, whyâre we at a nightclub?â, Adrien asked Luka as he straightened his hat, looking at his partner curiously.
âTalkinâ to an old friend. She might know somethinâ that could help us find Kagami.â, Luka answered, his hands in the pockets of his thick trenchcoat.
âHuh. I wouldnât figure a place like this would be your scene, a place where youâd know people.â, Adrien said with a slightly cheeky smile as Luka gave a familiar nod of greeting to the tall, bulky man standing outside the door of the club.
âI, uhâŚI actuallyâŚused to play hereâŚbefore I became a P.I.â, Luka murmured, giving a wave to the bartender, a cheerful, blue-eyed blonde with a short haircut, who seemed to recognize him.
âYou were a musician?â, Adrien asked, his eyes wide with surprise as he and his partner were seated by the waitress, a petite girl of Arabic descent with her hair tied in a messy ponytail. (She seemed to know Luka as well.)
âPiano.â, Luka answered, sipping from the complimentary waters they were given. He wasnât sure why he told Adrien these things, he wasnât one to open up, and theyâd only been working together for two months. Maybe it was those big, green eyes of his, which lit up with genuine interest whenever the dark-haired detective shared anything about himself.
Adrien looked like he wanted to ask why heâd stopped performing, but then decided against it, instead opting for, âSo, uh, whereâs your friend?â
âWe wonât be able to talk to her until the performance is over.â, Luka explained, earning a curious (and stupidly cute) head tilt from Adrien before he gestured to the stage, âFor now, enjoy the show.â
As they both turned to the stage, the lights dimmed and a spotlight shone on the stage. It was then that a sultry female voice echoed from behind the curtains.
âYou had plenty money, 1922âŚâ

A small leg peaked out.
"You let other women make a fool of you..."
Suddenly the curtain opened to reveal a petite and chubby woman with lipstick and an angled bob cut. It was Mylene, the club's torch singer. Sultry music began to play on the jukebox as she sauntered around the stage.
"Why don't you do right, like some other men do?"
"Get out of here, and get me some money too."
Luka sipped on his scotch, as certain men in the audience began to howl and wolf whistle. Despite her small stature, she had a knockout voice. Unfortunately for any louts, Mylene was taken. Ivan had entered the nightclub to watch his dynamite gal. The burly man couldn't help but blush as she beckoned for him to come on stage.
"If you had prepared 20 years ago"
"You wouldn't be a-wanderin' out from door to door"
She kicked back an eager viewer who had tried to stroke her leg.
"Why don't you do right, like other men do?"
"Get out of here and get me some money too"
Adrien grinned as he noticed his old rooomate, nodding along and fiddling with his cap.
"Ah! So this is the place Nino said he was working at! Well, owning it, I guess. Nice to see he really made something with the money I lent him."
"You just gave him that much cash? It must've been a pretty penny to lose" Luka asked, as the blonde shrugged.
"It's my father's money to lose, and frankly I feel it's what mother would have wanted. Using the cash to help out those I care for." Adrien replied, showing that he could be just as open as his partner. Meanwhile Ivan sheepishly entered the stage and lowered down as she gave him a kiss on the lips, his already blushing face turning beet red.
"Why don't you do right, like other men do?"
She then whispered in his ear.
"Why don't you do like Ivan? My sweet teddy boo"
The crowd cheered as she leapt into his arms and he spun her around.
Man was he the luckiest guy in the world.

At Dupont College for Faeries, inside Mylene's dorm room, there's stood the Fairy of Mother Nature, pondering the day away about her wonderful boyfriend and what gift to give him for their 1st anniversary. Wanting to show how much she truly loves him is quite maddening, he's incredible and beautiful in every way. So, a mere gift doesn't fill the meaning of it.
"Come on. Think, Mylene! You've made gifts before right? But it has to be extraordinary, better than last time." She thought then shuddered. Last year, she conjured a flower blooming spell to make a very cute flower arrangement for Ivan. But, ended up spread rapidly across the school and entangled everyone with its wild vines. One funny outcome is when the pollen got to Adrien and then he sneezed powerful flames uncontrollably at all directions.
"Maybe, a nice and soothing nature walk would be nice. Just us two, connecting with nature and hopefully not ending up in its grasp." Mylene concluded happily. Then, she texted Ivan about a sweet surprise she whipped up for them. Which, he happily replied and told her to meet outside at the Red Fountain. Mylene can already feel her heartbeat flutter with joy.
At the Red Fountain, Ivan readied himself for the date Mylene proposed. Knowing it's their anniversary, Ivan glanced over at the tiny box at the nightstand, wondering if she'll love it. That disquieting thought was cleared when he looked out the window, there he spotted Mylene, approaching the entrance, looking more beautiful than ever. He steady himself, making a good impression and heading out.
At the front entrance, Mylene patiently waited for Ivan while trying to calm her nerves. Fidgeting her fingers while singing a special song she've memorized for her anxiety. Then, a gentle presence looming over her soothes her unease nerves in an instant. She turned around and looked up to see Ivan, his warm smile and soft gaze matched hers as they're face to face with each other. She walked over to him and hugged him tenderly, his big arms wrapped around her securely and snuggled.
"Happy Anniversary, teddy." Mylene said quietly but bit loud.
"Happy Anniversary too, my sunflower." Ivan said lovingly.
As they broke off their hug, Ivan took a deep breath and stretched out his right hand, in the palm of his hand was a small, light green box with a rosy pink bow. Mylene's eyes sparkle as she look at the box and took it off his hand. She opened it and her eyes now brimming with tears of joy and touched. Inside was a handcrafted pink daisy pin with a yellow gem at the center.
"It's beautiful." Mylene whispered. But, Ivan heard her.
"R-really?" Feeling a bit confident than before. Their eyes met again and they can see a spark about to be ignited. Mylene, then hugged him again, feeling their heartbeats matching with each other.
"Yes, thank you. It's beautiful." Mylene said lovingly. Handed it to Ivan and he puts it on top of her hot pink headband. Ivan can't ever take his eyes off her as she smiles contently.
"Ready?"
"Ready"
They held each other's hands and began to make their way into the enchanted forest, where they walk through and spotted magical flora and fauna, talking about their days in school and random topics they like to listen regardless, and getting to connect more as time passes. To Ivan, this is the best gift ever, spending time with Mylene will forever be a lovely moment they'll treasure till the end of time.
