“You’re not the man I thought you were…”
This is a day late, but I was working on this as a gift for my friend @aboardthescheherazade, whose birthday was yesterday, so consider this a late happy birthday gift 🥳
I thought I’d draw their OC Marlene Katz along with my OC Angela
I thought of this for some time, as both Marlene and Angela are somewhat similar in the sense that they both know the true nature of Rastapopoulos
But for Marlene, she wasn’t aware until she eventually discovered his true colors, while Angela, being his daughter, knew all her life. Yet she didn’t say a word out of fear…
The quote is loosely borrowed from Stephen King’s Carrie, with only a few words changed to fit the theme of this pic
Enjoy ☺️
The thing about Rastapopoulos that is just so funny is that Tintin thwarts his schemes is by complete accident. Like he in no way, shape or form sets out to knowingly stop Rastapopoulos, Tintin just stumbles into his scheme of the monthTM like everytime.
Me staring at Rasty in his Flight 714 outfit
I feel like a fool trying to just DRAW this
WHAT are you doing? Did you kill a drag queen in a back alley western tourist trap in Myrtle Beach? Not even a good drag queen, a first timer who lost a bet with his buddies. Goodwill fit lookin poser...
