Given the right circumstances, Chrissy could do the same, but I think it's more likely she would soothe Eddie over with pure sweetness instead of emotional outbursts.

I feel like it's been firmly established in fanon they're obsessed with it. Before Eddie, Chrissy would have been super uncomfortable with it and found it off-putting, but falling for Eddie is a total revelation for her in terms of how deeply she can want someone. Eddie is fine with whatever Chrissy is comfortable with, but he's very much into the fact that she's all over him no matter the situation.
