This lovely Puffin in Bloom edition of Anne of Green Gables has Raspberry Cordial and Pound Cake recipes in the extras! I loved to find this little treasure on the end of the book! This is half the recipe of pound cake, instead of using self rising flour I used regular with a tea spoon of baking powder. The cordial was made with strawberries 🍓 since raspberries are very expensive and hard to find here in Brazil, it tastes like liquid jam!
