I love the banter in this book. I've been giggling and kicking my feet for the past hour
Nothing like sarcasm when you're being chased by a monster that likes to eat people and you're running towards a cliff. Stan iric

this book is divided into four parts, and overall this was such a great book for several reasons, but first, my favorite parts were the first and third parts!!
the first part was heart-wrenching for me!! I was about to cry from all that Rasmira has to go through her whole life and at how the part ended!! (Actually, there were a time when all I cared about is to get to the end just so I could see what will happen to the people who wronged Rasmira, even more than to know how the end is going to beπ€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ)
another reason why this book was good, the story was good, so was the writing it was such an easy read so effortless and smooth read!!, I liked the details and the descriptions of the creatures, and god bless the author for not putting a sea snake in the book (I was getting sick of sea snakes popping in almost every fantasy book that have a scene in the waters, and me having a phobia of snakes is not helping!! so really thumps up from me Β to the author for not putting a snake in this bookππ)
and the biggest reason I liked this book (which made me go through some of the boring parts) was the great characters!! seriously those three were amazing!! I really liked all three of them, and I'm definitely not against reading more about them!!
a really successful first try to get to know a new author!!
