Out of all the beefs we've devoured, Peter's in Wilmington on the route 38/129 intersection takes the cake (beefcake that is). This beef was a thing of beauty. I've had Peter's before but don't recall it being this good. I waltzed into the place during what seemed like a lull so I wondered what was taking so long, it must have been that Peter himself was out back killing the cow because it came to me mooing and oozing with #jamesriverbbqsauce The onion roll was perfectly crisped to cradle that sweet cow in between its clutches and was perfectly filled resulting in minimal spillage. It was though they sliced and then scooped the perfect portion between those buns to create a perfectly crafted cow cadaver. I experienced what can only be known as the cotton candy effect as it simply melted away and I was left with a wax paper souvenir.
