Zenith-A Project Katalepsis Prototype | Ver'million Blue's use Mobile Suit

I love a monster mech and Millie's Stray Dog (as played by the incomparable @sylvibullet) is one of the coolest. The description of the Lacrimosa Drive activating for the first time lives rent free in my head. I tried to capture the chitinous look and I'm really happy with how the paint job turned out but there's a lot I would change if i did a version 2 (like finding a kit combo that could stand on all fours). I wanted to capture the "crying" oil leaking from the eye effect and I'm kind of mixed on how that turned out, but over all not bad for my second kit bash. Sovereign Immunity Use Mobile Suite

This one was kind of a struggle but over all I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Art, in his own words, made S.I. to never get in a mech so the details on what the Old Glory looked like were very loose and I took some serious liberties with it. I leaned into the idea of it being a Converted Construction unit and used some of the other descriptions of Con.Con.s for inspiration. I would say the hardest part was finding a kit that would let me build a hover tank (yes, that is just the butt of the Zeong), but the thing that took me the longest was designing an emblem for The Sheppard's Crook. I applied it with a sheet of masking tape and then went over the top with distressing to get the burned off negative effect and I think that turned out pretty well although I wish I had access to a laser cutter to get sharper edges on the mask then what I was able to do by hand. Check bellow the cut to see the mock up I did in illustrator.

With the Rapid Evening complete, it's probably time for me to look into some S.B.B.R mechs. Anyone know a good gorilla mech kit?

Exeter Leap Use Mobile Suit

Here we go with round number 3. This one didn't turn out exactly how I envisioned, but over all I think its still pretty cool. This was my first time going for a more detailed paint job and I learned a lot about masking. Keith being Keith, there wasn't much to work with from visual descriptions of the Heads Up, so I settled on something between a hot rod and a punk denim jacket for detailing. I went with red and white for the outer armor to match an ambulance's livery and went for flesh tones with red tubes for the interior bits, my own take on "Cartilage, Tissue, Synovial Fluid". The kit is mostly a stander The-O but with expansion parts for the howitzer and different hands. Once I decided on using hands from a Zeong, i couldn't pass up the opportunity to give it rings.
