Donnie leans over Leo's unconscious body, gently checking the bandages covering the red-earred slider's body. Donnie hums in disapproval when his eyes catch something.
"What is it?" Raph asks from his seat in the corner in the room.
Donnie ignores him, and he slips his goggles over his eyes. "His fever's rising," Donnie murmurs after a few seconds. Though, it was more to himself than to Raph.
Raph immediately pops to his feet, happy to do something other than sit around. "I'll go-"
"It's fine," Donnie cuts him off, sharply. "I've got it, Raph."
Raph pauses. It's the first time Donnie had talked to him... in a while. "What?"
Donnie sighs like he's wasting his time with Raph. "I said, I got it."
"But-"
Donnie silences him with a glare. "You've done more than enough, Raphael."
Raph swallows his words.
