both one of the guards, and one of the supervisors suddenly questioning why I'm parking in the handicapped parking at work "i think you're parking there, did you know that?". Me, who has been parking in those spots the entire almost 4 years I've worked here, in my EXTREMELY IDENTIFIABLE CAR, goes over to my car and points at my placard very clearly visible on my dash. yeah, i have a placed. "Oh, okay! people in the office were just asking because they didn't know! we just didn't want you to get in trouble or get a ticket!" which means whoever used to park in the first spot i use now is upsetty about it and whined to a supervisor π€£ as well as the fact that we do NOT have enough spots anymore for everyone who uses them, so everyone else getting upsetty too.
the ppl who use them have doubled since i started, and there's also now this one guy who retired late last year but his son still works here, so he drops his son off and sits in his car in a handicap spot the entire shift, when there's is NO REASON he can't park somewhere else and just drive up to get his son when he comes out. there's also ppl who have straight up mentioned to me the reason they have their placard isn't physical at all, or even that the problem isn't a problem anymore but they still use their placard to park there. like cool. thanks all you guys for taking spots ppl like me with autoimmune and chronic pain disorders need π like legally no, nobody can tell these folk not to use those spots, but also like... fucking common courtesy and kindness man.
and like... bros... i am the 1st one here and the last one to leave every day i work out of all the ppl who use those spots. i am parking in the fucking 1st spot, you weenies π this was not a problem when i worked inside since ppl knew about my health issues and understood them and there's also another younger person riddled with autoimmune shit like me.
it's soooooo fun being both younger and also riddled with a ton of ~invisible~ disablilities, so you just look like some lazy pos to ignorant dumbasses π€£
