OMG YOU GUYS I MADE A NEW THING Well. A trial of a new thing. The Shizno has gotten rather big and there are rumblings of something new around the corner. This is a trial run for one of those new things. The idea is we take the Existing shizno and Beacon Broadcast collaborators and talk about whatever we want once a month. Today, a customer came through my line purchasing some items for a picnic. Among these were water guns for the kids to play with. As I scanned one of the guns, the man said "Hold on, those are $13? That's crazy." Then, as I was holding the water gun, he continued. He spoke in a tone intended to defend his decision rather than question the store's methods. "I mean, do you expect me to spend $13 on a crappy little water gun?" "No, Mr. Bond," I said, pointing the boxed water gun at him, "I expect you to die." Lols were had on both sides.
The Artist has convinced me that something big is coming. The cutting edge film techniques in that movie will undoubtedly revolutionize cinema as we know it. I decided to give another new movie this state of the art "Silent treatment" and with the Hunger Games coming out in a little over a week, it seemed like a great place to start.
