In response to your ask where you mentioned that the clones weren't Stormtroopers by the time of the Original Trilogy, wasn't the 501st Legion, aka Vader's Fist, all clones?
For a little bit, they were. They tried to keep those clones alive as long as possible, but they were eventually replaced with normal troopers, and then disbanded after Endor. Grand Admiral Thrawn resurrected them, but he added non-humans to the roster. I don’t believe that it’s stated if Fel’s 501st was the same makeup as Thrawn’s 501st.
There were a couple clones that survived, and even managed to reverse the aging process. A couple ARC troopers, and the team from the Republic Commando novels by Karin Traviss. Though, I think Fiver is the only one who shows up in later novels.

I’m not questioning that part, it’s just that we fade after indominus is eaten and they have their little ~oh thank god we’re alive~ moment and the music swells....meanwhile there’s a still the t-rex like 20 feet offscreen. the raptor, yeah, we know it’s not going to eat owen at this point and it goes off towards the enclosures anyway, but a t-rex is only so much of a downgrade in the danger department. they still have to pass/avoid it to get to the docks and the island still isn’t evacuated yet. there could have at least been a throwaway line to help nullify it a bit. they went for the end throwback moment and figured we’d let it slide (which they aren’t wrong on, i’m sure a lot of people will/do but it’s still a weirdly large plot hole to completely ignore)
The old guy from Dyad showed up at Krystal's job, I assume he abducted her. When Rachel faked a seisure, Dyad took her back and I guess the switch was then. They cut Krystal's hair and put an eye patch on her,
yea ok... it just seems like they got Rachel out of the country really quick - but thank you for the clarification! so Dr. Neelan was plotting with both Rachel and Delphine separately, i suppose?? god everyone is so shady in this show but i love it
