She pretended to have a friendly perspective toward Rachel; I remember her even sending supportive messages to this account when you created it and others started insulting you. But I followed her on Twitter, and she had begun interacting with accounts that harassed Rachel. Later, her own friends exposed her for having fake hate accounts and spreading hateful messages about her own friends using personal and sensitive issues. She also acted somewhat strangely around Hayden and jokingly displayed jealousy, which, according to her friends later, wasn't a joke. She was indeed strange about Hayden, so it's not just an impression. However, I don't believe she's the original Lilah, or whatever her name is. They have very different writing styles, and I can attest that I've interacted with the account making the paternity accusations (who I believe is Lilah). When I recognized her as the previously exposed harasser of Hayden, she claimed to be Lou. However, Lou has a different account. So either they're different people and, as you said, she's using Lou as a scapegoat for some things, or the whole dual accounts and multiple personalities thing has reached a worrying point. Either way, I don't think you should defend her, although it's your decision. She's definitely also someone with a strange fixation on Hayden that goes beyond normal fan behavior.
