Re: the named after former boy/girlfriends thing. I agree it's extremely weird, but my grandmother was named for someone her dad used to date, and according to my mom, my middle name comes from someone my dad WANTED to date at some point. Needless to say, my grandmother also preferred a nickname to her actual one and I get grossed out every time I'm reminded where that part of my name comes from. Who does that?

Wow, that is some seriously messed up shit.Â
Before going to bed last night, I decided to take care of a consistent issue I had related to my PC accessories. A few years ago, around the time I got my current gaming desk, my Razer mousepad from 2018 started to fall apart in a strange way, with sections getting stuck to it. I had to peel it off, take a special scraper to get the sticky rubber off, and then scrub as hard as I could to remove the green staining. Now I'm mousepadless just using the surface of my gaming desk only.
You know what I don't understand? These days phones don't have a calendar app that just shows you the days on a typical calendar grid. Windows 11 is missing this as well. And I really have to wonder, why? Why are we removing objectively useful and easy to implement things. I feel so stupid when I have to google a calendar for the current year and then look at jpgs of calendars. I know it's a pointless tiny pet peeve, but I feel like companies are working to make objectively worse ways to check your days and plan things out. Which for someone like me, that is obsessed with doing things at a set time, it's just driving me a bit mad. Please let me just check a date 3 weeks in advance.
Working out on a second floor...
Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows a work out that doesn't involve jumping? I use to use Jillian Micheal Yoga melt down but the DVD got scratched, so I got Yoga inferno but Theres jumping jacks. I don't have internet either so I'm limited to DVDs or a written work out.
I live on the second floor and I have bad anxiety when it comes to talking to my neighbors, so far they haven't complained but I'd just rather avoid potential problems.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

I’d wake up because it’s too warm and then thoughts just suddenly run in my mind like I’m talking to people. It’s always about the world’s current state and financial stuff that I don’t know. There’ll be voices of 2 older men and another older woman plus..me..all talking in my head while I’m sitting on my bed staring at  nothing.Â
The thing is, the next day I can’t remember how much I’ve slept, or if I even did after I started talking to those business-people in my head.
