I thought of this for a minute, and from what i gathered it was like a messy breakup yeah?
Randi- being famous would still have to be sweet and civil with her of course, but in private she'd be annoyed and pretty dismissive of tara to be frank
I feel like in public she'd throw subtle jabs and a bit passive agressive- think lile regina george type
Aside from that in general i think she would just ignore/not acknowledge her like a "Who are you again?" She wouldnt want to entertain people who are no good in her brothers life
