6. What OC is the Mom Friend?

Eyvindr is the no. 1 mum friend. He is very responsible and always looks out for the younger vigilants (And later Dawnguard recruits). He's also a great person to talk to if you're looking for an honest, well-meaning opinion.

Licette is also a mum friend, but she's too strict to fully embody the trope, I think. Rashkan looked up to her though.

Speaking of Rashkan, he also possesses some mum friend traits, but apart from Savos and later Rethul, most people don't get to see those.

7. What OC really needs the Mom Friend around?

Most notably Ma'jhal-jo, my dear smart-of-brain but dumb-of-ass khajiit. Lucky for him he's got Mazi to keep him from some of his bullshit.

Corentin should have a mum friend because of his tendency to not think things through. He's got Valcarion, but that's different bc Valci is his adoptive dad.

Ironically, Rashkan could use a mum friend during the Dragonborn questline. Don't leave that bookworm unsupervised in a daedric library. 

17. Which OCs don’t know each other, but would hate each other if they did?

Eyvindr and Rashkan. Eyvindr is a Vigilant of Stendarr and zealously anti-vampire and Rashkan is, well, a vampire and he hates people who prejudge him.

Ramiath and any of my Dominion characters, but especially Tulondil. Tulondil never fought against the Blacksap Rebellion, but he was a Dominion general and knew general Endare personally, which, in Ramiath's eyes, makes him just as guilty. Tulondil would feel pity for Ramiath, but he'd condemn his unwillingness to listen and his hatred of people for guilt by association.

19. What’s the strangest way two (or more) OCs have met?

...Which means Tulondil, a former general of the Aldmeri Dominion and Ramiath, a Blacksap supporter and Cormount survivor are now in close proximity to each other...

- Ramiath was born in Cormount, where he lived out most of his life, married, and had a daughter a granddaughter.

- He worked as a cobbler and his tracking boots were renown in the area.

- When he got older he taught the craft to his daughter, who later inherited his workshop when he retired.

- Around that time, Ramiath took up hunting saying that he still wanted to provide for the family. The pelts of the animals he killed often found their way into the workshop while the meat ended up as dinner. 

- Ramiath, like the rest of his family and many others in Cormount, is fairly traditional and pact adherent. He sympathized greatly with the Blacksap Movement, especially after the Ascencion of Aeradan Camoran.

- Ramiath was out hunting when the "Massacre at Cormount" happened. He survived but his family was killed. He has hated the Dominion ever since.

- Having nothing left in Cormount, Ramiath followed the splinters of the rebellion and later joined under Lorchon and Gorinir, continuing the fight for vengeance rather than to overthrow the Bosmer king.

- When the Dominion, helped by the vestige, struck down the last remnants of the rebellion, Ramiath fled.

- 2 long years he spent on the run being an enemy of the Dominion (and killing the occasional official) until he eventually ended up on the Gold Coast, Cyrodiil.

- Not being able to work openly due to fear of being caught, Ramiath took to pickpocketing and formed his first relations with the local criminal underground.

- Eventually, he came across Amelie Crowe and her proposal, which Ramiath had little qualms about fullfilling. After all, being with the Dark Brotherhood was not only a stable job, it also allowed him to further pursue his vengeance against the Dominion, even if his targets were at best sympathizers or traders. That made no difference to him.

- Ramiath quickly adapted to life in the Sanctuary. Although grumpy and bitter in his old age, he has a soft spot for the younger members of his new family and will protect them at all costs.

- He learned to fight using knives and daggers; his bow is great for outdoor kills but way too unwieldy indoors.

- He keeps a collection of knives; he admires the craftsmanship that went into making them. His most treasured one is an obsidian blade with a hilt of carved ivory.

- Ramiath often uses his short height and his old age to make his enemies underestimate him. He is actually very agile and fit for his age and works out every day to keep it that way.

- He calls all the younger members of the Brotherhood  "whippersnappers".

- He has a rather macabre sense of humour.

- Still feels guilty for what happened at Cormount, since he was the driving force behind his family's Blacksap support.

If asked in his free time he'll refuse to talk about it (which feeds the rumour mill within the brotherhood considering Cormount, his old home, was famously conservative).

🍉: Does your OC have a particular piece of jewellery that they always wear or refuse to part with?

For Rashkan 

Rashkan's very particular about his earring. He doesn't always wear it because it's solid gold and quite heavy, but he'd never willingly part with it. Everyone who's tried to take it from him has met a rather grisly end.

🍰: What's something your OC counts as unforgivable?

For Ramiath

Supporting the Aldmeri Dominion in any way, shape or form. Doesn't matter if you're just a cook for their troops, Rami's blades will be your end. A confrontation between him and Tulondil (should I ever write it), would probably break Rami psychologically. 

🍩: What's a crime your OC is most likely to commit? What's a crime they're most likely to get arrested for?

Gileth is most likely to commit theft—erm, prolonged borrowing—from the Mages Guild (Mournhold) library. Alvur Baren is constantly busy keeping his fellow scholars off Gileth's track.

Today's lucky OC: Ramiath

He didn't start out as a bloodthirsty killer; he was just a shoemaker in Cormount. His first murder that could be called such (sure, he's killed during the rebellion, but that was in battle, not cold premeditated murders) scarred him deeply.

However, over the course of his flight to the Gold Coast and his criminal activity there, killing people became much more regular until eventually, Ramiath didn't so much as flinch upon putting a dagger to someone's throat. His fuse has become much shorter too. Where he once was hesitant to resort to violence, he now resorts to violence first and asks questions later.
