Kraken*
Local, boneyard, deep ocean, and sunken spires
the concept sketches and the bell, eyes, and core parts of the large kraken sprite sheet were done by sigmamonkey0642 or Sigma Monkey in Dazombies Dumpster on discord, all credit goes to him for this wonderful idea. The majority of sprite sheet was done by me including the diffrent morphs of bell, tentacles, and the medium and small versions.
Salt leviathan*
Local: the boneyard
Salt leviathans are colossal worms semi resembling the mechanical leviathans of the mainland that live within the massive brinepools that makeup the bone yard. The hunting of the Salt leviathan is extremely unique with how it uses the brine, unlike most organisms that live around the brine pools who only have a very small amount of resistance to the brine but still are able to use it as a defense the Salt leviathan and a few other creatures have full immunity. The way the Salt leviathan uses the brine is by ingesting it, the brine is then stored in a gland untill it is use in hunting, when pursuing food the Salt leviathan will often spit globs of brine at a prey item similar but diffrent to the projectiles that red lizards use, this incredibly toxic sludge slows down the prey item and puts them into toxic shock causing a similar condition to the spitter spider's venom. It then will swallow the prey item whole. Wile it uses its surroundings with deadly efficency it cannot survive outside of the brine due to it being unable to stay boyant in the water outside of the brine.
Grey and shiny, the flint lizard prefers the darkness and avoids the light within the buried ruins and the submerged spires, they are rare being outdone by the invertebrates within the buried ruins, and the larger predators of the sunken spires. But often stay in one place waiting for a prey item to get close enough to the darkness. They can easily be warded off by bright lights so staying in the light is key to avoiding them. They can be tamed but will only follow you so far required 4 feedings.
They say a noodle hawk should not be able to fly, its body is too large to get off the ground but there it is dragging away a lizardfish.
I feel this sums up this relative of the noodlefly perfectly, due to pressure from a single species of mechanical bird the noodlehawk has evolved in an arms race to get more and more deadly, unlike it's noodlefly counterparts they don't carry their baby's with them instead hiding them away in cracks and crevices within the ruins that pepper the shallows. They are carnivorous and will hover over water observing it for prey before lunging in to grab it, despite being a very effective Arial preditor they are also still eaten by a few other critters in the shallows, including the mechanical bird that has been the cause of the evolutionary steps they have taken.

Two remade sprites, them being the scribe and kelp drake
Bone welp
Kelp drake
Regions: the shallows, coral reef
The kelp drake is a species of lizardfish that has lost the ability to keep buoyant in the water in favor of crushing jaws and the ability to photosynthesize through a species of algae that colonize their hollow spines and grow on their thick skulls. They are omnivorous preferring to consume kelplings and other species of edible plants but mainly are found lazing around in sunny rooms in their respective regions even despite this they are prone to predatory behavior if something gets too close they will lunge towards the prey item and snap their jaws shut instantly killing the creature, but if it misses it does not chase to preserve and produce energy. Younger members of the species called bone welps are stark white and significantly more predatory but can easily be outrun because all they can do is crawl across the seabed, but can do a lunge attack that will launch them a small distance torwards a prey item the bone welps can be tamed with food items.
