-Because of that incident, the elders deemed Xi unfit to Nams' guardian. Xi got herself branded just so she can be more powerful to continue being a guardian. Except she's still as responsible as ever. But hey, she cant protect Nams better. 

-Also, during that incident, they found Van in the Badlands (idk what to call it yet). He was one of the few former l'cies who actually fulfilled his focus and turned into crystal instead of a cie'th. What if he used to know a seeress exactly like Nams back then? Could be her in her previous life? Or maybe in this AU the seeresses aren't reincarnated? They're totally different people who just look/act similar? IDK I thought of Ven being the seer in Van's timeline...

-And he's probably pretty frickin powerful considering he'd been branded already so the elders made him Nams' guardian as well (a fact that Xion hates)

-asdl;gkjs What if the Arivians all had dark hair and only the seers/seeresses were light haired?? Ven, Nam, Roxas, Riku?

-Xi and Nams probably love braiding LOL. Hence the mostly braided accessories.
