oh man, maybe that's why my immune system is suddenly awful, i don't.... like peppers...... but thanks rikki!!! i'll see if i can make some garlic toast or something then and i have been drinking lots of liquids so hopefully improvement will happen

does coffee count as a hot liquid even though it's not actually healthy because i'm drinking that now OTL i have been drinking lots of water though and we do have nyquil so i'll be sure to take some tonight, thanks!!! i always appreciate the scientific input
