Locus is just as vain and has just as little care for the lives of their targets as Felix. Remember he makes sure his appearance is well maintained, even being upset when it got messed up(makeup scene, yes someone upset over a scar showing when their about to go fight is vain. Vain doesn't mean narcissistic) Narcissistic ≠ evil.

Locus is impatient. Lorenzo-1)When in the bathroom planning their next move, Locus tells Felix that the comms don't work. Instead of giving more necessary details he just moves on. 2) When they captured Lorenzos son and realized that they were screwed he admittedly killed him. No second thought, no checking to see if the others agree or could maybe still use him as a pawn. Chorus- Almost every interaction he has Locus with any of the characters he is trying to get them to shut up and move to their point. He doesn't want to listen to what they have to say and he doesn't want a dramatic revenge he just wants to move on to his next goal.

Locus is, just like Felix a manipulator and a hypocrite. He doesn't care who he kills but in the back of his mind it eats at him. A huge part of his job is manipulation, he needs to be good at it.
