Tems’ new music video for “Mine” has sparked fresh conversation online after fans noticed a brief but intentional emphasis on her ring finger, paired with a cameo from UK rapper and actor Dave.
The moment immediately sent fans back to their collaboration “Raindance”, where Dave rapped about “Your finger, I can put a rock in it” a lyric many are now reading differently in light of this visual callback.
Dave, who is also widely known for his acting role as Modie in Netflix’s Top Boy, has kept things private, as has Tems. Whether this is playful symbolism, artistic continuity, or something more personal, neither has confirmed anything.
For now, it’s simply a moment that has the internet connecting dots and revisiting the music with new eyes.

“When you’re with me, you know I’m all you need, you’re where I wanna be, my darling can’t you see? I love you”

"Transfomers: More than Meets the Eye" from Dreamwave comics in 2003 was their answer to thr 1980's "Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe" and "The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe"
Each major, and minor Transformer from G1 up until just before Beast Wars seemed to get an entry.
This has always been one of my favourite oddball combiners. Grandslam and Raindance are Cassette-bots who don't have a robot mode, they have their cassette mode and a vehicle mode. But they can combine into a the larger robot mode (and personality): Slamdance.
Also their career paths are as journalists. Grandslam a respected "fair and balanced"," old school" audio correspondent before the war who the Decepticons tried to woo into giving them good coverage in hopes he would only say nice things about them (he did not), and Raindance,a slightly egotistical video jockey.
Their combined mode, Slamdance (great name too) merges both sets of skills into a bot who can be a bit uptight, but is brilliant at information gathering, processing and reporting and in spotting fake news.
