This is not what I was looking for
"If you had to name a monster, what would you call it?"
Okay, so you can't just give a name for a monster you invent. It has to have a background, an appearance and then a name. To save time and keep it shortER, I'd probably steal something like this and make it because I think it's cool + batman.

It would be the Rainbow creature, and the abilities it would possess would involve something like shape-shifting, because it's big and looks kinda slobbery to me. Along with that it would change it's color to camouflage with objects, with people, blending in and being unseen. It would be astounding, and the best part is that creating the idea of these things, that they can become anyone, anything, makes the little thought in the back of your head go off where you're like "hey, you know, that could be real! That lamp over there could be it, or that poster, or my friends..." and starts swallowing you whole into this whimsical realm of fear and fantasy that you can't get out of right away. It's really interesting, and I like it.
